Its a Fun Version of Kerplunk.
Bought this game as a special surprise for my 6 year old Daughter since she is starting to play board games . I figured this game would help her with following directions since she seems to have an issue in that department and help her develop strategic thinking. So far since we have been playing this game she has improved in both of those departments! Lol this game is such an easy game to play with a 6 year old and definitely fun ! I actually like this version of kerplunk more than the original, because you have the whole tube to put sticks in and you don't have the sound of heavy marbles crashing down when you pull the wrong sticks ! So this version is definitely something you could play in a room around a napping baby or a baby that is sleeping in another room (well at least around my sleeping baby) . As far as Storage if you want it to fit in it's box you have to completely take it appart to get it back in there. my husband didn't want to put it together and take it appart every time we wanted to play the game so we just leave it together and all the sticks and monkeys are put in a plastic zip bag that we stuff inside the tree tube . however since the game isn't in a box anymore and it kinda looked like clutter on my living room shelf so I decided to buy a few of those cloth storage cubes for shelves and keep it in one of those. Overall my family seems to really enjoy playing this game and I would definitely recommend this to others !

Simple, fun, and perfect for all ages
This game is super fun and easy for anyone to jump into, which makes it perfect for family nights or casual get-togethers. The rules are simple, but the suspense as the marbles start to shift adds a great layer of excitement — especially with more players. It’s a nice mix of luck and light strategy, and the quality of the parts feels solid and built to last. A great classic that still holds up and gets everyone laughing. Definitely one we’ll keep in the rotation!

Mattel Kerplunk game
I bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She absolutely loved it. It is an easy game and fun for all ages 4+. This was a game I played as a child and it brought back fond memories of my childhood. I highly recommend it!

Fun game
Fun game. Had this game back in the late 60s. It was built much better back then. Grandkids love it

Great game
I love this version of kerplunk! The animals fall and hang on by their tails and the rigidness of the sticks keeps them in the game holes. I did not like the last marble kerplunk game I bought because the straight sticks were made of plastic and slid out of game holes.

Loud game
Brought back my childhood but also much louder than I remember so we don’t play it often

Well made, it does not break easily, fun.
This is a new twist on the older kerplunk game, which I have never played. You thread the skewers through the body of it, dump the animals in the top and on your turn you roll the die to see what color of skewer you pull out. The different colored skewers have different twists ,making some of them easier to pull out than others. The animals fall to the bottom and the player that has knocked the fewest animals out wins.Pros: the 3 types of animals are very cute and all have the same curly tails that grab onto the sticks so they don't all just fall down, but often get caught on the lower sticks. The die determines which color of stick to pull out and its difficult to anticipate how many animals will fall down. Therefore the younger children have a good chance of winning, unlike a lot of games. Of course the older ones can be more discerning about which stick to pull outCons. The actual setting up of the game provoked more disagreements than playing it. It's actually very straightforward and simple, unless someone wants to be creative and put 2 sticks through one hole, making them both hard to pull out. The set up is nothing like playing mousetrap where it takes longer to set up than play, but there is set up involved. It is fun and the kids usually play it a couple of times before they move on. It's not one of their favorites which is why i gave it a 3, but worth having around..
