The doll is cute, but customer service is HORRIBLE. I called to find out how many button batteries the bottle contains to make sure there weren't any loose in my house that my child could find and swallow, and the number on their website told me they can't help me. She was rude and said I need to return it to the store where it was purchased for an exchange or refund. I told her I wasn't trying to exchange or refund, I just needed to know how many batteries since the battery pack thing had come loose from the bottle top and was in the bottle, which opens and a child can then get into. Button batteries, if swallowed, can kill a child so it's a huge concern. She just kept raising her voice saying "we don't service this product, I don't know why it's listed on the website, but you will have to take it to where you originally purchased it for a refund to exchange." So parents, beware. The bottle contains at least one button battery, and the battery cover thing is not securely in there so a child could easily get to it and swallow it.

My second time purchasing this cause my kids love them but they break way too easily. To me the price is too much for a breakable product. I've got other dolls like this for them that have lasted longer from the little to the biggest of play.

My daughter wanted this for her birthday and she loves it but only thing is that it broke within a month had to get a replacement because she really likes it.
