Are these made in China?

You would be led to believe they are made in Germany. They are made in Taiwan. They are descent quality. I have the 1/4" set. I'd buy another one.

Does it have a 14mm that I can't see?

No, it does not, this is a very accurate pictures. Only goes up to 13mm. Still the best tool kit I have ever owned.
