Viva Doria Mediterranean Sea Salt, Coarse Grain, 2 lb

We cook a lot and a good portion of our cooking is Mediterranean food from various regions including Spain, Italy, France, Greece and a variety of Arabic countries. One of the ingredients all of these cuisines have in common is Mediterranean sea salt (which can be used in any dish). We like this particular brand because it has a great taste, it is coarse enough to be added to a salt grinder with adjustable grinds and it comes at a great price for what you get (we signed up for a subscription so we never run out of it and you get a little bit of a discount to boot).

It's salt, what can I say. It serves it's purpose. Found the course grain here at Amazon when I couldn't find it at several stores.

This salt I use all the time. In my grinder and also rock salt.

a LOT! Not sure I considered the amount but it's for sure I wouldn't want to run out. SO good and, yes, its a great value for the money.
