I downloaded the product manual from the mfgr's website before I received the item from Amazon. After reading the manual I had questions even before I received the sprayer. The manufacturer answered my questions promptly and that impressed me. The sprayer was easy to assemble and pretty straight forward. Took about fifteen minutes to do it right. I promptly loaded her with four gallons of roundup mix. Then the adventure began. Those who warned that this thing is a bear to put on were not kidding. I am a retired Marine, weigh 220lbs and it took four tries to get it on properly. I was a circus side show for those watching. First time the shoulder strap tangled. Second time waist strap tucked under, Third time handle was turned back and I couldn't reach it. This all sounds funny but wait until you try it. I quickly discovered the secret is to get it off the ground and up on something and then back in to it. Works like a charm. Never had another problem getting into it. The quality is apparent the first time you use it. Sprays all that you want were you want it. When you release the lever flow stops immediately, no drizzle!! This a professional sprayer and is not for those who wish to spray two or three quarts of product. For those like me who mix concentrate, you have to use all that you mix. You cannot (should not) store mix in the unit. Cleaning is easy, but you have to dump any unused mix. I have had ten to twelve hand sprayers and this beast puts them to shame. I sprayed six gallons of roundup in less than 45 minutes. A job that used to take me all afternoon. I would recommend this sprayer to anyone who needs a quality volume sprayer. You won't be disappointed. I wish there was a easy way to release the pressure but because of the design of the inside pressure tank there isn't a way. If you are between jobs just point the wand in the storage tank and spray into the tank until the pressure has dropped. By the way it does not leak. It tipped over between jobs with 3 gallons of mix in it and not even a single drop escaped.

It's not for the light weight but gets the job done .. initially the pumping handle was stuck .. couldn't figure out why it would not move while trying to pump .. was hesitant to apply more pressure because was afraid of breaking the handle! .. Thought it was somehow tied down as it was new and just out of box .. after several attempts I used additional / stronger (abnormal) pressure to move pumping handle and it broke loose .. So far working great .. I have a small private vineyard .. I used about 2 gallons of spraying solution for about 75 early spring (pruned) vines giving them a double spraying pass .. I like all the brass spraying wand parts (not copper like other reviews have stated) .. I can tell it will outlast me!

Bought this looking for an industrial quality sprayer I could use on my 38 acre property. Worked great twice the first season of use, then leaked chemical all down the back of my wife's leg on the third use and first use of the new season. Warranty was no help. Bought a separate rebuild kit - nearly impossible to get the bottom nut off the bottle to replace the gasket there - the cheap plastic threads on the pump assembly penetrating the bottom of the bottle stripped out when I was trying to put the bottom nut back on and the hose barb fitting came loose. Threw the damn thing in the trash. What a waste of money and time.Looked promising when I bought it but the quality is simply not there. Don't waste your good money on this one - find something else to buy.

The sprayer does good but you have to pump it to spray with it. You can't pump it up and spray continuous to different areas. A pump to a spray. Wears your arm out. It gives the Triceps a workout of a life time.

When the item arrived there was a little assembly required. When connecting the wand to the hand valve I expected to see or use some kind of gasket or o-ring to seal the connection, but there was none. The manual has a parts diagram and shows "something" between those parts, so I assumed I was missing something. I sent an email to an address found in the owners manual with a photo I took, and called the manufacturer the next morning (Tuesday). I was led to believe there indeed was some missing parts that they'd send to me for the weekend house cleaning job I had planned. No parts so the following Tuesday I called again. Was told the parts had shipped and a tracking number was sent to me. When I checked the tracking number the label hadn't been printed for the shipment until a week after I first called. Parts eventually arrived but would not fit, so I sent another email. The reply I received said they'd send me an entire parts kit, but I replied that I wanted to talk to someone who really knew this sprayer. I did receive a call and a message that there is no gasket or seal for that wand connection and that it's metal on metal. So minus one star for all this delay and confusion. I did use the sprayer to spray a bleach, soap and water mix on my house to clean it. I bought this sprayer hoping it would spray further than my old sprayer and it does - I didn't need to use a ladder for this house cleaning job this year. Product works great. I will say that the sprayer is quite a handful to get on your back when it's full. Better to put it on something like a pickup truck tailgate and sit in front of it to strap it on.

This sprayer is fantastic. It is very solid and created a very fine mist. I use the mist to spread a fungicide to control for petal blight. The fine mist allows for excellent coverage without using much product. The pump is fantastic. It takes about 7-8 pumps and it is fully charged. This thing is great. I recommend it!

Quality of construction is truly top notch. I've only been using it a few months, but so far so good.
