I ship packages every week and have been looking for a replacement tape dispenser since my old one broke. It wasn't a fancy one, just a single roll dispenser but I didn't realize how hard it would be to find another than worked as well - I think it was mainly because the "arms/guides" underneath would keep the tape from sticking to itself. I tried quite a few brands and and the tape would get stuck to itself all the time or stuck to part of the plastic dispenser. It was so frustrating that I would waste so much time unsticking and so much tape would be torn and ruined. I also had to stick a random object at the end to keep the tape from sticking back to itself. I wanted one that wasn't a desktop or with a large handle so it could easily fit into my drawer when not in use.This one fit all the requirements and has worked well!Note to Scotch, 3M, Duck etc please make the little "arm/guides" that the tape goes over bigger so the tape does not fall back onto itself in between use.

Got this a couple of days ago. So far worksGreat. Hasn’t broken. Seems sturdy enough. I pack boxes daily Monday to Friday so we’ll see how it holds up before end of month

I was afraid this item would be like others I've tried where the packaging tape gets dropped off the spool and then you're having to spend time trying to get the edge lifted again. But this hand held tape dispenser worked exactly as it should and was very easy to use! I do recommend it.

Never owned a tape gun and this is absolutely amazing. I work at a UPS location loading trucks and sometimes I have packages that need to be retaped. If you set it up the right way you will never have to peel or look for that stupid clear line of tape again. Absolutely worth the money wish it was a little bit more sturdier though I feel like I could break it but it has done good so far and I've used it quite a bit

We are packing up to move in a few weeks and we’ve had occasion to use a variety of tape dispensers. The old school tape guns work but easily put wrinkles in the tape, don’t unroll smoothly as a result, and are awkward when you are starting on the side of a box to tape it shut. This is much easier than that, easy to change rolls, and is much more solidly built than whatever cheesy dispenser that might come with the rolls of tape you buy.

I bought two of these to use. They were used daily and hundreds of times a day from September through December. The other tape guns in the warehouse didn’t load properly, were heavy and just all buy worthless. The owners of this company need to go after military contracts in my opinion. I bought pink and blue ones so they wouldn’t walk away to other buildings on post. When I served my final day and rounded them up, I got protests and finally “well let us take photos,so we can find them and order our own..”

If you like constantly having your tape slip out of the slot and stick to itself so every package you need to ship takes 5 times longer to prepare... this tape dispenser is the one for you.

This is the greatest tape dispenser for large roll tape. I use this all the time. Everyday things happen, something gets ripped. It’s a useful tool on its own but adding the safety dispenser; it’s much safer and less material used.
