No reason to spend more on Sub-zero OEM.
We have been using both the air and water filters for many years without any issues. They both fit our Sub-Zero perfectly. I change the air filter once a year, but only replace the water filter every other year. We have a whole-home water system, and we don't have a water dispenser in the refrigerator, nor do we make much ice. So I see no reason to replace the filter every year. As such, zilch issues and even bigger money savings. Since the air filter contains a small amount of mercury, we carefully dispose of the old cartridges at our designated local facility.

Work just as well as the Subzero branded ones

More economical replacement for Sub-Zero parts.
Both filters were easy to replace and seem to be working fine. However, the digital display on the Sub Zero refrigerator does not "sense" the Glacier air filter replacement and still indicates that it needs replaced. Not an issue with the water filter replacement since you reset it manually.

Sub-Zero air filter without the Sub-Zero price
Sub-Zero wants a genuinely offensive amount of money ($40 for 1!!) for what is, at the end of the day, a puck of activated carbon. This drops into the same slot, and as far as my nose can tell the fridge smells exactly like it did on the OEM cartridge. Reset the indicator when I installed it and the replace light has stayed off since. Seems to be lasting the same stretch as the real one. I am not going to pretend I ran a lab test on it, but for this part, paying 2-3x for the branded box felt silly.

Cheap product. Black ice cubes
After 1 month of very mild usage, the ice cubes are coming out almost black. I don’t recommend this product in spite of the price temptation. Buy the original brand Subzero
