Presently surprised
Update:So I originally placed the traps in my garage on a table, and another on my sons dresser. After a few days of those yielded no results, I gave up on moths and I placed one trap on the ground for crickets. I placed the trap on the outside of our garage door on the ground at dusk, and this morning, out of curiosity, checked it and it had caught a few dozen small moths and a dozen or so baby crickets! Although the trap was outside, I like to think it will help keep their numbers down to prevent them from coming in my home. I'm baffled why putting the trap on the ground was more effective than a table top, as I assumed they would be flying and smell the hormones in the trap and go to it... bugs are an enigma.I will note the moths in the trap were smaller than the ones I have caught in my house. I'm not a bug expert so I do not know if they were different species or just at a younger stage in life. I do know the large moths have been in our pantry, bedrooms, and love our garage.OriginalThis year our home was oddly infested with moths. I was hopeful to have traps so that I didnt have to spend time trying to catch the obnoxious buggers. The eavning the product arrived, I placed the traps in my sons room, next to where I clearly saw 2 moths on his wall and left them there overnight. Not a single moth. I ended up having to chase and catch the two in his room. The other trap I put in our garage, as litterally every time I would open our door, at least one moth would fly in. It's been a few days and not a single moth has been trapped. My traps are still bare. Now, I understand each bug is different and attracted to different things, but when I opened the lure, there was no smell to it like oher terro traps I have used. I'm guessing the lure was dried out? Im still going to use the traps, but relocate them the floor to try and catch crickets instead.Wished these would have worked, I REALLY hate moths. Terro is a great brand, but this particular item was a dud. Maybe I will try again and have better luck next time.

Very effective
Initial days it caught very few moths and flies. Subsequent days - after a week or so there were suddenly very few moths and in a month no more moths. The photo is after one week of use. The traps had caught all of them in about a month time. Very effective on fruit flies too.

Not as good as expected!
It's true to say these have caught a couple of moths but not enough. We have four of these at home in various points in the kitchen but the moths keep coming and they have caught no new moths for the past couple of weeks. It makes me think that the pheromones have stopped working already.Would I buy them again...... probably not.

An Actual Tuurd Would Attract More Moths Than The Zero This Brand Does.
I really hat to give a bad review but people must be warned when something doe snot work at all and this brand is just that. I've used these through the years as they are the only thing that works on kitchen moths when you forget about that old box of cereal in the back of the pantry and you end up with moths. Usually once you open the little package of hormones they come flying from across the room immediately. My local store was out so I ordered these on Amazon. I would call this product s#!t but an actual steaming hot turd would attract more moths than the zero moths this brand attracted... in three days! Zero. They accidentally put in a third package of attractant and I added this as well. Nothing. Nothing in the box worked at all out of 3. Hopping up on the counter and lets say... providing your own, will result in more success. Zero stars.

Didn't work
Took long to ship and when it finally arrived it just didn't work. My wife ended up catching one or two by swatting the moths with this trap!
