WARNING! Assembling the hamper causes raw fiberglass dust and shards to go into your hands. There are dozens in my fingers which will require tweezers, magnifying glass and sterilization to remove. The fiber glass can also damage your lungs and cause irritation to your throat and eyes.It is unbelievable to me, that amazon would allow such a product to sell without a health warning.There needs to be an appropriate warning for the assembly. I see one sentence on the last paragraph of the item details to “wear gloves”.

I rarely write reviews, but this hamper is just unsafe. echoing others' comments, when handling the poles that come with this, I immediately noticed something wasn't right with my hands. apparently the fiberglass poles shed tiny, barely visible, shards of glass into my hands. it was extremely uncomfortable, and exceedingly difficult to remove (too small for tweezers). I ended up taking a steel wool brush (after soaking my hands) painfully "sanding" down my palms to remove most of the fiberglass. Still took days until my hands felt normal again. It's mindblowing that a product like this is allowed to be sold - do NOT buy!

Is a good hamper and I'm glad I bought it. And the description is faulty in several areas:1) the frame is not sturdy iron as described rather it is hollow wooden like tubes probably a manufactured wood.2) the top is not MDF as described but rather the inserts are a stiff corrugated plastic3) finally they say it will collapse easily for storage it will not.The removable laundry bags are a great idea yet they could have been better engineered as the hooks are very difficult to latch onto the loops. The materials of the fabric and mesh are very high quality and the stitching is very durable. The quantity it holds is also very good. Overall a very good deal for the price even with the inaccuracies in the description.I must say a lot of the negative reviews irritate me as they are about missing parts or incorrect items. Return the product to Amazon for a correct one. Mistakes happen. I initially got a box labeled hamper that had storage cubes instead. Filled out the online return form, next day UPS picked it up and the replacement arrived the day after that.

This is a great laundry bag! It can hold all of our clothes for the entire week. This two bag system more than replaced our three baskets we used to use. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. It is quite sturdy (tight stitching) and vents well with the sides being mesh. Even empty, it holds it shape. There are various colors (I have grey) and it can easily be wiped down. I would buy this again, if this ever needs replaced!

We purchased the cream version. This double (joined) hamper is well built. It took a little effort to put it together, but it was not excessive or onerous. The canvas material is solid, not flimsy; when the rods are inserted, the hampers are sufficiently well-supported and stiff, yet still lightly flexible. The top is stiffened by the insertion of two plastic corrugated sheets. This make the top sturdy enough to resist the pressure of my cats jumping down on it from above and one cat likes to take naps on the closed hamper top. No problems with the hamper top! The inner liners are well-made of a woven net style and are easy to remove and carry to the laundry machine. The hamper is well-ventilated, so I don't expect any issues associated with excess moisture. If needed, I suppose I could drop a dessicant packet in the bottom of each hamper section, but I really don't expect the need for it. I can't image why some other reviewers had problems with it this hamper. Assuming it is not user error, I would speculate that the company read some of the earlier "complaint reviews" and modified the construction to reflect improvements before we purchased our item in 2021. My husband and I are quite pleased with this purchase. Note: I gave it a 4 for assembly in the "official" rating, only for the fact that it is easier for two people assemble it than one person. Would buy this again, you ask? Yes, I would.

The laundry hamper arrived in a compact box. When I opened the box and saw the parts I was a little intimidated. However, I was able to assemble it in less than 30 minutes. The only part I struggled with was part “e” which is the little plastic piece that hold the frame poles. There are 2 sizes (short & long) of frame poles, so you must figure out which frame pole fits in the plastic component. It would help if the female ends on plastic part “e” was marked so you know whether to put a long or short pole in it. The hamper has 2 different sections, which I’m using to separate lights from darks. The mesh bags work well when time to do laundry. Just unclip the hooks and pull it out. It’s very nice that it has a solid cover and a solid lid so you cannot see the dirty clothes.

This went together in under 5 minutes, and is a nicer piece than I expected for the price. Looks like something you'd pay $40 at Target in their boutique section. Bags lift out easy, and stands up nice and straight.I saw some people had tearing of corners and edges. That did not happen to me, but the stitching seems like it needs to be improved somewhat there.Overall a good quality item for the price.

I think this is a great hamper with an excellent top for keeping clothes off the floor! You can also move it around your house very easily with the provided side handles.The only downside is that the lid is one piece for both hamper sides, meaning you have life up the whole thing to access just one hamper. It was clear on the pictures of the product after reviewing, so that was a personal miscommunication of mine.Unlike other reviews, I didn't have any issues with sharp pieces, but I did wear the provided gloves when assembling, so that seems to have helped with any issue of that.For the price, would highly recommend!
