Who knew that childhood goop would become my secret weapon against dirt in my hot tub? Seriously, someone in a Facebook hot tub group recommended it for this purpose and totally agree -- Silly Putty does the trick. Sure, I could use some fancy spa tool, but where’s the fun in that? This is budget-friendly, oddly satisfying and makes me feel like MacGyver with a spa membership. 10/10 would squish again.

Please know that when you recognize this item it will be very hard. You need knead it so that way it comes back to its elastic self. I purchased this to use as masking putty and works wonderfully. I have a pictures showing coverage and another one showing no left over residue. If you need a cheap alternative for masking putty I 100 percent recommend this one.

Bounces and stretches but doesn’t do what the original silly putty would do like press on comics and stretch them out which is half the fun
