Impressive torque/hammer action
I bought this to help remove a harmonic balancer pulley which had a bolt so tight that bent my 1m Breaker Bar.Coupled with a VERY heavy impact socket (about 1Kg), it got the bolt out where all else failed.Don't make my mistake though, brace the bolt by holding the balancer pulley and not as I did by chocking the flywheel at the other end of the crank - This twisted my crankshaft and the engine was never the same after.Whilst the outcome was not what I was hoping for, I have to be impressed with the tool's power.

Excellent build, good torque delivery
I have now used this for a few months on a number of cars.It only struggled on one car - when it did, I let the compressor to fill up to 8bars, and it did the job easily. I used an 8bar compressor.I will highly recommend this product. If you’re using a 6bar compressor, you will still do most jobs alright as I have used this mostly on lower bars.

As powerful as stated. Great.
I have used air tools on and off for years, but when removing a gear box from a Mini I noted that in the video showing a mechanic using an air impact wrench to remove muts and bolts, his wrench actually worked! Mine just went "tak-tak-tak" and nothing got unscrewed at all. This impact wrench had excellent specifications and customer write-up, and was affordable, so I ordered one. What a revelation! It made the job a positive pleasure. It really does remove very tight wheel nuts. Saves hours and hours compared to a socket set.

abasolute rubbish
abasolute rubbish, no where near the advertised 1700Nm and died after a few min use without undoing the first nut I tried it on, borrowed a 430Nm impact from a friend and same nut just spun off. do not waste your money

Very impressed - so far.
Bought because my existing windy gun (from well known high street chain of tool suppliers) wouldn't shift my van's wheel nuts. Just arrived and after fitting connector and lubricating, tried on several wheel nuts. After impacting for much less than a second, each nut spun free with ease and no noticeable stress or vibration transferred to my hand or wrist. Makes my old windy look feel like an 8 stone weakling. Time will tell how well it lasts and whether it continues to perform but at this price, if it only lasts a year I'll not regret buying it.

Nowhere near 1700NM loosening. Misleading.
Well. I have this gun fitted with pcl-xf high flow fittings, going through 10m of 10mm hose into a good quality air setup (200 litre belt-drive compressor with 22mm pipe and imi-norgren regulators) . Tank. Pressure is 160psi. Whether it's fed at regulated 100psi or even bypassing regulator at 160psi this gun will not budge a nut that I torqued to 120 NM using a torque wrench.I don't know what the other reviewers who said it was powerful were smoking, or whether I have a duff gun or what, but mine is rubbish.
