Not being a subscriber to the battlbox I still saw the value of this bag as it had input from many like-minded individuals from the community. The large side pockets are very welcome and even extend with mesh for a larger bottle while open. Large 3-way zipper across the front is great feels really sturdy and along all of the stitching there was only one or two spots I had to clean up with a lighter which is expected. The large interior has minimal Pockets which is a good thing as it leaves lots of space for smaller packs or all of your items inside. There are two along the side of each side that run the length. The bladder pocket as well as the top flip pocket are a good size and I can get more in that outer top pocket than I realize every time. Overall great bag and if you're looking for a big open concept bag with waist support(non- removable) this is the bag for you great day or overnight pack. Even could be packed out for three days if needed. My one gripe with the bag is the only color that it comes in is this Olive greenish Ranger color I would have loved black at least as an alternative. All in all if you're even thinking about it get it! Everywhere bags this size have failed this one succeeds and like I said it seems to be due to the input from the community who actually uses gear.

Amazing! I travel for work and this is my 3 day pack I use every week. It holds everything and a laptop that I need to for 3 days on a work trip or on a weekend camping trip.

For this price you cant find a better bug out bag. i put this on and if feels 50% lighter then when im holding it in my hand. I wish they had more colorways but im very happy with this bag
