I am a pilot and use this in my aircraft as a portable flight instrument and GPS map with VFR charts. Excellent device for running iFly gps in the aircraft (also runs Garmin Pilot but iFly gps a better value). Much brighter than an iPad or aero 660 both of which are hard to see on a bright day. Battery actually lasts for 6 hours at full brightness and continuous use. Device never overheats (military specs). Built in WAAS positioning. Interfaces with stratus 3 with open architecture but very functional on its own.I love using foreflight but my iPad and iPhone are always overheating and I always need battery back up at some point.

This tablet is great. The battery takes forever to charge, but then lasts forever, even to the point of being able to recharge the drone remote. It isn't much brighter than my S10 Phone, which has the same 1200 NIT rating, but the size of the screen makes it a lot more usable.For the money, it has made my drone operations much easier. Normal phone/tablet holders aren't great for it, and it is very heavy, so be prepared, get a shoulder harness for the remote, and an added tablet holder.

I really wanted to love this tablet but unfortunately it had some shortcomings that made me ultimately decide on another solution. I actually had both versions, the standard and the pro.So here's the pros and cons of the "PRO" version first:PROS:-Very bright screen, still in full sunlight a bit hard to see but better than anything else I've used in this size.-Rugged construction, durable case and large battery.-USBC connectivity-Plenty of RAM and storage-Responsive support from the manufacturer, no hassle return policyCONS:-Bulky and heavy, unfortunately I couldn't find a clip to really hold it securely due to it's heft.-Low resolution display, only 720, this didn't really bother me flying but if you want to use the tablet for other uses it would be disappointing.-Older processor, the processor in here is from 2018, I ran benchmarks and it showed it's age compared less dated hardware.-Problems with google maps uninstalling itself, apparently there's some sort of wait on the vendor getting their google play certification.So I had these tablet for about 2 weeks, the first tablet (non pro) had an issue where it would just power off unexpectedly for no reason. I checked and double checked the USB connector and used the supplied extension but it still happened. Perhaps a defective unit, I can't say. After this I actually sent back the original and at the same time ordered the PRO hoping I'd have a better experience... and I did except for problems with Google maps uninstalling itself. I will say the tablet was solid but not knowing the future of software support I wasn't willing to accept this. In the end I wound up buying a Samsung Tab S7, I miss the brightness of the Tripltek however in every other regard the Samsung is much faster and more responsive.So who is this for? I'd say someone that absolutely needs a bright screen and flies in places where there's no option to find shade. Also, someone that accepts this is a device pretty much just for flying drones and not a great all-rounder for other tasks that require faster hardware. DJI FLY seems to like RAM but isn't demanding of the CPU so this works alright. I've attached a couple of screens from the device to give some reference.Hope this review is of use to anyone considering this tablet.EDIT: The company reached out to me this evening regarding my experience and I'm upping my review to 4 stars based on our conversation. Julio the gentleman I spoked to was up front about some initial issues with the units I experienced as an early adopter and has assured me they have been addressed. One thing the company throughout my experience has been responsive for sure. My review above is still honest and what I personally experienced, one thing the company made clear is the device is being marked mostly for flying drones and a faster processor is probably not necessary for that task.

This tablet is tough! I imediatly made a GP unit for my dirt bike mounting this to the bars and also into hot cars with no issues. Battery life is amazing - and drop protection is solid. Screen seems to have a protection layer that has a nice feel to it - not too shiny and hides fingerprints. BUY with confidence. VERY bright!!!! if you use in total darkness it may be too bright even at lowest setting.

This is a fantastic Tablet, I purchased the Triple Tek pro tablet for my 3 Drones and also for a extra phone, it is a powerhouse, I can finally see in the Direct Sun, The Customer Care Service is the Best Company I have ever dealt with, when I ordered the Tablet from Amazon, I noticed it had been used and reshiped to me, I contacted Triple Tek, they appulagised, and then they sent me a brand new one. Wow they are a Great Company, They even sent me a free Tablet holder, for my trouble,which was no fault of there own. I will upgrade this review from 1 star to something better pending the results of my request for warranty service. The good: solid tablet with very impressive brightness. The bad: malfunctioned within the first few months of use (infinite reboot loop), and some of the metal parts of the case have begun to corrode after a single exposure to rain/splash. Note that some of the metal components look good as new, but others are clearly NOT made from corrosion resistant metal! This is inexcusable, in my opinion -- every screw and fastener should be stainless, not just most. Again, I'll update this review based on the result of warranty service.

The Tripltek pad works well with my DJI Air 2s controller. It’s nice and bright when I’ve used it outdoor. The screen size is much easier than using my iPhone.I found that the best adapter to use is the 3D printed unit they sell. The metal clamping unit is cumbersome, heavy and doesn’t hold the tablet securely. I also found the usb-c to usb-c cord they sell doesn’t fit the usb-c plug on the tablet and I had to buy another one from amazon.Android is a new experience for me but has not been an issue.Battery life seems a bit less than I’d expected but outlasts my drone batteries and my endurance.I’d say it’s better than the DJI extra cost controller as it could be used for other things besides the drone.

「一番明るいモニターとタフな事」と有り購入を決めましたが、届いた製品を実際に使ってみると、明るく野外でも画面を鮮明に見ることが出来とても満足しています。また、かなり丈夫に出来ておりズッシリ重いので、もう少し軽量だともっと良いと思いました。　ただ、ロック解除がPINナンバーのみだったので少し使い勝手の悪いところも有ります。　バッテリーも長持ちするのも良いです。モニターの明るさを優先するアウトドアでの使用目的で購入しましたので満足しています。海外からDHLで配送されて来て、Taxの名目で別に￥2,100ー請求されました。

very happy with the tablet,use for mavic2 drone only downside is i live in Australia and can't get mavic tablet extender here,costs to much for postage from USA so this is a problem.
