These are very convenient for interfacing with other electronics because screw terminals provide a much more stable connection to the Arduino

This is what I needed for my DIN mounted, Arduino based electro-pneumatic control box. Connecting to the 16 I/O points on an Arduino gets crowded. This module keeps wiring tidy and secure. The edges of the plastic do cover the circuit card pin labels but that is a minor issue.

It is well built and suitable for industrial applications.

This is a great way to clean up testing and development using the Arduino controller.

So first off I like this thing, solid, well made, well thought out except for two aspects; one major, one minor depending on how you look at it. 1.) There is no access to the ICSP header major if you use it! and 2.) No labeling on the screw terminals!!! Yes you can see the header tags on each separate part Uno & Hat, but once you plug them together NOTHING! so unless you have made an inverted schematic diagram of the pinout once put together you have NO (sarcastic per se) idea what screw terminal goes to what pin. Just saying! and I'm dyslexic so you would think it might come naturally.

This thing is HUGE. Works, but is way larger than expected, and it changes the small and functional form of the Uno.
