I ordered the lobsters for a Saturday night dinner party. They were to arrive on Fri but came a day early. I was worried about keeping them alive for three days. They were packed very well and all had survived. Fresh and delicious! Well worth the money! Will reorder for Christmas.

This company knows how to pack to ensure their product is delivered fresh.We ordered 6 and steamed them all. We each had 1 for dinner, then made Lobster Thermidor for another dinner and made lobster omelets with the remaining meat. Delicious! 😋😋😋

I was worried when looking over the details supplied by FedEx regarding the shipment of my lobsters. The package arrived at a carrier facility in Portland, ME, at 8:14 P.M. on August 2, left the facility at 8:24 P.M., and arrived in Memphis, TN, at 11:07 P.M. It left the facility at 4:47 A.M. on August 3. I thought for sure it would not reach Tucson, AZ, until the next day and that my lobsters would be delivered on Thursday, August 4. Imagine my surprise when a knock on my door at 11:08 A.M. on August 3 told me my lobsters had arrived and all six were alive and fanning their tails. I boiled them up in my 10.5-quart stockpot in pairs and had a grand if tiring time extracting the meat. I put the meat from each pair into a separate container for the three dishes it was meant for so I will be enjoying lobster dishes such as lobster Alfredo, a lobster-pasta casserole, and a cold lobster-macaroni salad. Yum!
