They were delivered lightning fast and they are sharp as razor blades. They work great. While I am older I am not big on the plastic handle grips fut they are fine. Great price and zi needed to replace my missing ones

I purchased 2 pairs of these, one pair passed the "light" test perfectly (no light leaking between closed blades) the other (see photo) has a very minor gap where the 2 blades do not meet up perfectly but the gap is so small they will still work fine. I have probably had 30 or more small side cutters like these over the years, lost some, destroyed some, gave some away or just stopped using because of poor quality but these I think will hang around awhile. The handles have zero wiggle (meaning the joint is properly made) and the larger grips mean these are more comfortable in the hand than most cutters this size, when you cut hundreds of wires at a time it can cause pain in the hand where the smaller harder grips push in, these should not do that since they are larger and softer grips. I did design and 3D print a cover for them so protect both the blades and my hands when they are in my tool drawer and I am fishing around looking for something burried. Would I buy these again? Right now my answer is a resounding yes, if that changes in the future (if they have an issue) I will update this review to reflect that.

I run a lamp repair shop... I go thru about two pairs of these a year. I think they are affordable disposable cutters. Since I cut just lamp cords with them...they are absolutely NOT for anything bigger in gauge then cords. They will chip/get wore out and not work on any wire bigger around then say, like a wire coat hanger. Not compund cutters, but they work nicely for this price. About $5 less on Amazon than in the hardware store. The metal is not well made, but works good enough. When it's time to trash them every year, the blades are chipped, tore up, the metal tabs that hold them open are broken, and slip around to the other side of the handles. So, yes they are cheap to buy, so if you loose them, no biggie. As I said, I keep replacing mine yearly...but I use them daily in the repair shop, prob. 20 cuts a day.

My favorite cutters. Perfect for my smaller hands. I use them to cut Florals.

So far so good. Needed cutters for bead chain. Maybe the bead chain I use has exceptionally hard wire connecting the beads? All of my hobby cutters just wouldn’t cut the wire & the cutters themselves were ruined.
