First time user! I am happy with the results I do feel a difference in my weight , not dramatic. Keep in mind diet and exercise is still needed if you want better results. I purchased this product because of a friend of mine posted pictures of himself on social media with his results from using this product he also told me about stacking with the Night Shred. I just bought my second order of both and I will post an update.

I take CLA to give me a boost in my fitness routine & help me push past my plateau in weight loss. For a while it seemed I was stuck around 155lbs & today the scale said 150.7lbs. Sooo I feel this product is helping somewhat since I started it like 2 weeks ago.

I'm not going to lie but I purchased this product, the day time burner stimulant free and the night shred and its like I finally found products that work for me. I pair this with the day time burner before meals and workouts and it makes a huge difference. People are commenting how my face looks slimmer and I look more toned overall. It's nice to hear especially since I felt like I hit a plateau on my workouts where I wasn't seeing any progress.
