Incompatible and yellow cartridge not full
The cartridges are not functioning with my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus printer. I have contacted the company and they were easy to reach and kind in their response, but they simply said that they cannot help me because I am in the UAE and I should return the item before the won’t closes. They continue to say that the cartridges are indeed compatible with my printer and that I have a defective set. So much time has been wasted trying to solve this issue, but I am (maybe foolishly) going to try again to see if I can get a non-defective set. Returning and re-ordering.
