NOT the type of magnesium you’re looking for
After buying this I realized that this is magnesium oxide which is NOT the type of magnesium you’d buy for relaxing muscles and enhancing sleep quality. it’s poorly absorbed compared to magnesium glycinate or citrate.Additionally, I’m not able to return the item because it’s not returnable!

This is not for muscle and bones as represented
This is Magnesium Oxide. It does not really focus on Bone and Muscle health, as advertised. It can cause heartburn, indigestion, severe constipation. It also not returnable. This is an absolute case of misrepresentation. Shame on Amazon for permitting this . Magnesium Glycinate is the one for bone and muscle health.

Has reduced migraine frequency/pain and helps me sleep so much deeper!
I’m a firm believer that this has helped reduce my migraine frequency and pain and also has helped me to sleep much deeper at night! I’ve dealt with hormonal migraines the last 4 or so years and finally gave this magnesium a try. It took time to take effect but I really do think I experience less migraines and the ones I do get are way less intense. I got out of habit of taking my magnesium around the holidays last year and mentioned in passing to my mom in January that I hadn’t been sleeping very well or deeply for a while. She asked if I had still been taking my magnesium and I told her I hadn’t in a month or so. That night I took it before bed and I promise I could tell a noticeable difference in my quality of sleep that night! I never miss a day now! I’m a big fan of this product and think it’s an amazing value for almost a year’s supply!
