absolutely. all of these products are safe and good for hair.

Is this shampoo for color treated hair?

Yes - you can use it for color treated hair - it is light and gives a good cleansing without being harsh. The other shampoo that they make that is terrific for color-treated hair (mine is) is in the RED bottle and it is called Color Lustre. The conditioner that goes with it is also terrific. I use the RED bottles.

Does this shampoo dry out your hair?

NO, not at all!! I have very fine hair, and this is the only shampoo that has worked for me long term. It doesn't make my hair greasy or to dry. I love it!!
