Heavy Duty Headlamp!
This headlamp is wonderful! It is incredibly bright and really like the included rechargeable batteries that can be charged via microUSB! Incredibly convenient! To be honest, I was worried I would be getting something similar to one I already have - not very bright at all. Definitely recommended though on the brightest setting, there's no way one can wear this for a night run - will blind ongoing cars for sure. That said, if using as a tool in a dark place, this would be an A+ headlamp.

Very bright!
I would definitely recommend this light!!! I absolutely love this light! It’s light weight, very bright, and all of the different modes are helpful too. I use it for deer hunting, and it’s perfect because it allows my hands to be free. It’s going to be great for camping as well!

Instructions not great, but the item itself is!
Installing 2 batteries doesn't call for instructions, but turning the thing on certainly does. The non-illustrated instructions talk about 'short' and 'long' button presses to operate the front and back lights, but that isn't the case with the unit I received anywayThere are TWO SEPARATE SWITCHES to operate the headlamp and rear marker lights! The rear light sw is located on the battery box, right beside the USB port. The headlamp sw is on the pivoting lamp unit, easy to see if you're looking for it!For those who say their unit doesn't work properly, double-check THIS before giving bad ratings or contacting the sellerAnd as far as the seller goes, ya might want to do something about those instructions by the way. An illustration would clear up the button issues but the FINGERPRINTS, not so much. Mine had 3 freakishly small, bright red fingerprints (I assume it was ink) that are VERY unsettling ---

The wiring was very shotty
I like the different levels of light brighter dimmer but the wiring is really shotty didn't last that long started seeing the inner wires exposed and it would not come on flickering on and off then eventually stopped altogether

very good lamp, but a weakness
I was happy to find a rechargable headlamp for work. It is bright and has multiple settings.Sits on the noggin a little heavy, but nice adjustable straps.The battery life is so so, I just kept it plugged in when not using to be sure it would be bright.I guess 3-5 hours continuous use and it starts to fade, rare for me anyways.The weak link is the wiring to the battery pack. Not durable and separated at the connection to the battery box, shorted out and well, the rest is history.Was hoping to get much more use out of this. Will need a sturdier unit for work....

Every tool set should have one!
Headlamps are worth their weight in gold in many lines of work. This unit is super lightweight, comfortable, and has a number of options when it comes to how to illuminate your surroundings. The red safety LED on the back is an added bonus. A great deal for an invaluable tool.
