It's a great tenderizer plus a nice seasoning so 2 for 1.

Really yummy, and it does make my steak much more tender and edible. Just a sprinkle a few minutes before cooking is all you need.

I love this McCormick Meat Tenderizer. It really does make the steak or deer meat tender. We leave the meat anywhere from overnight to a week and it is butter knife tender. I really like buying it in the bulk bottle. We use a lot of it.
