I recommend adding a bit of sugar to taste. Took about an hour from start to serve, really easy. I recommend looking up a YouTube video to see exactly what to do.

Adds an amazing authentic Pho flavor to the dish, and the spice blend that came with it was AMAZING I wish they sold it separately as well I would put it on everything lol.

Makes a wonderful pho that's not "quite" as good as the restaurant but pretty darn close. I live 30 mins from the nearest Pho restaurant and this has been wonderful. It comes with a jar and two seasoning satchels. I always do half a jar at a time which makes a gallon of broth. The broth is very rich and flavorful. I always just freeze whatever I don't eat to reheat at a later time. Takes an hour to simmer the broth. This seller has great tutorial videos on their Instagram page. I think I'm on my fourth jar and have not been disappointed yet.

It was not clear to me that this was designed to make 2 Gallons of stock all at once and not individual servings.
