Great Value
I installed this front sight on a TriStar S-120 with the factory rear sight. Installation was pretty straight forward. I had to do some light sanding on the base of the dovetail for fitment, and then I used a dremel tool to cut a grove on the bottom of the dovetail for the roll pin (although a small round file would work as well). After installation acquiring a good sight picture for followup shots became a breeze (I prefer to use the included red insert). For me the comparatively low price of this sight opposed to other sights I could find was worth the extra work of cutting a groove for the roll pin. The sight is very bright in daylight and the contrast is a big upgrade to the factory front sight.I noticed other reviewers have mentioned that when paired with factory rear sights the colored insert in the front sight is a little too big for the window of the rear sight. When lining up the top of the front post with the top of the rear, this causes a smidge of the bottom of the front insert to be below the notch in the rear. I tried my best to get a photo of this. However, when it came to shooting the gun, I did not find the slightly covered insert to be a noticeable when in use. The gun was still accurate and the point of impact has not changed from before the installation.

nice sight, great price
I purchased both front and back sights for a CZ compact. Both sights had to be fitted by sanding the bottom and then tapped in carefully. The front sight is held in with a roll pin requiring the bottom of the sight to be notched with a dremel disc. I wish they would have included an allen wrench to tighten the set screw on the rear sight, I would have gladly paid the the additional cost. I am pleased with this purchase.

nice and bright
I put this on a CZ75B. Installation was pretty straight forward. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no notch in the bottom of the sight for the factory roll pin to pass back through. You are left with 2 choices. You either drill out the new sight or I just used red Loctite. It is solid and not going anywhere. The sight itself is awesome! Glows very bright in the daylight. At the indoor range not so much. But still works well. I got a matching rear sight which is a must in my opinion. I like contrast on my sights, so I use green in the rear and red in front. I can easily lay down tight groupings at 15 y-20 yds within a 5" area. Pretty good in my book.

Works great
The sight works and fits great. After installing, did have to spend 1 minute with a drill bit removing some material so that the factory roll pin could pass through. I retained the factory CZ rear sight, and accuracy is still dead on.. even at 12 yards. The fiber optic is great in bright light, but only so-so in low light environment. At thus price its tough to beat.

Not a direct fit
The sight seems to be made well, however, there is a notch on the factory CZ front sight this one does not have. It is made of steel, so, after 40 minutes of filing and fitting, filing and fitting, I was able make it work. Not wanting to make the notch too big, I tried keeping it somewhat tight and mushroomed the roll pin. My mistake. Good luck. Be patient.

Excellent front sight at a reasonable price, easy to install.
I've installed this sight on several pistols and blacked out the rear sight. Very easy to install. First timers...watch a couple YouTube videos for "how to" instructions. The bright colors (green is my favorite) help me get on target quickly. Being farsighted, I can shoot without corrective glasses. With both eyes open, look at the target, pull up the front sight until it covers the target, transfer focus to front sight and squeeze the trigger. Shoot tighter groups. Excellent front sight at a good price, IMO.

Nice
Put this on cz75b with the rear one. Makes all the difference with target acquisition and site placement. Eyes aren’t what they used to be.

Excellent addition to a remarkable series of pistols
Okay, I've two of these sights on two different CZs, a full-sized 75B and a compact 75D PCR and they are about the best thing you can get short of a set of high dollar tritiums. I actually like fiber optic over tritium 'cuz they provide higher visibility in all sorts of lighting conditions from dawn to high noon to dusk, overcast, fog, anything short of total darkness. Even at night if you're in a lit parking lot or other similar condition you get just enough contrast to align the sights and target. Tritiums do let you find your piece in the dark -- assuming you've lost it -- but other than that I don't really miss them.I black out the white dots on the rear sight as I find them a distraction. In a perfect world I would put a single dot rear sight but that doesn't exist at present. Regardless, this single dot set up lets me make quick and reliable hits out to fifty yards.Thank you, Hi-Viz!Installation ain't that hard. After making your firearm safe and all that jazz:1. Drive out front sight retaining roll pin using a proper punch.2. Drive off front sight. Sometimes they are stubborn; my PCR required use of a piece of brass against the sight then whacking on the brass to loosen the sight.3. Fit new front sight to dovetail slot. If it's too tight simply use a file or 80 grit sandpaper to remove metal off the BOTTOM of the sight base. I use both the file and sandpaper, putting them on a flat level surface and dragging the BOTTOM of the sight back and forth about ten times, checking fit, repeat until the sight just barely fits the dovetail.4. Tap front sight into dovetail until the base is flush with the muzzle end of the slide.5. Use a small properly sized drill bit -- no, I don't know the size, lookitup -- to open up the hole so the front sight retaining roll pin will fit.6. Tap front sight retaining roll pin into place.7. Happy shooting!NOTE TO DISSATSIFIED CUSTOMERS:1. It's okay to say "I don't know how to put these on and I need help."2. They got this thing called a search engine and it's really helpful in finding out how other amateurs and even professionals put sights on their guns. Try it, you'll thank me later.3. If you can't figure out how to install these sights and don't know how to ask for help, please be careful handling your firearm. You may be lacking the necessary decision-making skills to do so safely and responsibly.4. Re-read item #3 above.

Very easy to pick up the front sight.
Little bit of fitting on the front sight. Nothing a file can’t fix.

Not an upgrade
Im an IPSC GM, so I know what I'm talking about.IMO this is not an upgrade for CZs by any means.CZ front sights are just as good.It might be an ok replacement if you need one.I was expecting this to be considerably brighter than the OEM sight, but its not, its about the same. Not to mention, there is no notch for the front sight pin to sit in. You have to file that, which is also a hassle.
