I started playing games on my PC again during the pandemic and while most games do work fine with a keyboard and mouse combo, others are designed to work best with a game pad. While I resisted getting one for a long time, I finally decided that one was really needed to get the full enjoyment from my games, so after checking out the reviews and specs of many pads here on Amazon I ordered this one, and I am very satisfied with my decision. It feels great in my hands, very comfortable and the buttons are very smooth and never stick or jam when pressed. The joysticks are as precise as anyone would want or need, and it just works as well as an original MS game pad would work. Now all I have to do is to get used to using a game pad again because it has been ages since I even played games on my Xbox. So far everything works great and any problems I have are related to my own incompetence, not the quality of the pad.
