Herb Pharm Liver Health Liquid Herbal Formula for Liver and Gallbladder Support - 4 Ounce

I have been overweight for 6 years and have been eating kale and vegetable broth. It has been beyond frustrating. I gained weight thru a very stressful time at a past job and could not get it off no matter the calorie restrictions and exercise. I did a 9 week cleanse 3 months ago- I usually do a 6 week cleanse each year but do not lose weight - but this year I did it with herb pharm and lost 16 lbs. Each day I would incorporate a fat in my diet - like guacamole- so that the fat could transfer the toxins from the liver to the gallbladder. I also focused on foods good for the liver and avoided those that are hard on the liver - try Pinterest. I took out processed foods, wheat, salt, added sugar, carbs, dairy, transfat and saturated fats - typically what I do is eat clean foods - the real deal - like fresh vegetables, tofu, miso soup, apple cider vinegar, lots of fresh garlic and ginger and protein shakes. Usually I stop coffee but it is good for the liver so I kept it in:) I like the taste and feel like everyone can use a liver cleanse even those of us that do not consume alcohol. It was more satisfying and I slowly bring foods back in over 6 weeks. I took the cleanse 2x day. If you are struggling with weight loss the liver has over 500 functions and important in helping the metabolism to function appropriately. Herb Pharm has been recommended to me from several practitioners over the years - it is always the brand I trust and use.

Very good. I would like to write more but Amazon keeps removing the positive reviews written for supplements and herbs. I'm not sure what the problem is. This is a great product.

...which is a known liver poison. HerbPharm has a great rep so I'm sure the herbs contained within are fantastic, but the alcohol taste and sweetness are so pronounced that my liver cringes everytime I attempt to 'heal' it with this poison (over 50% alcohol alone not to mention the concentrated sweetener). Next time I'm looking for alcohol free or going with capsules. 4oz is a big commitment! Recommend you go with the 1oz first to make sure it works for you.
