You will never know!! Even if it says "Non GMO". It has been proven that this expression sometimes is not true!! It is better to see a seal of GMP or others and even these are not confiable. We better get used to the uncertainty!!

Probably but I don’t know you’ll have to investigate it further yourself. I do know the ZMA’s and other products have worked great for me.
