This amp rocked my 2 15 speakers well worth the price

I was in a budget and was hesitant but bought this about 2 years ago and was amazed at how powerful it was. I was pushing 2 10d and a 12 with no problem. Fast forward to today I bought a new truck and it has a BOSS 2000w amp with 2 Rockford fosgates 12s, so I ran my planet audio with 2 10' cerwin Vegas and it blows the Boss away. I'm going to sell the BOSS and buy the exact same amp and run 4 CWs 10s now.The ONLY bad note is one of the screw holes for the ground stripped out and I had to basically rig a bolt to fix it. Other than that I wou 100% recommend the Planet Audio amp. It bumps, it's loud and sounds like there's a gorilla in your trunk!

It's strange that the review guide asks you about the warmth and thickness of the amp? Sounds like maybe they got the amplifier confused with a women's personal device? How odd? Any way, I installed this amp in October and it's been working pretty good so far. It definitely pushes my single 1200w Sony Xplod. I'm not sure about all the negative reviews but mine came pkg intact and worked as advertised. Definitely rattles the car and your bones! Enough to make the neighbors complain. It doesn't run hot and I haven't had any problems with clipping or overheating. My only small gripe is the blue lights on the amp they are very bright and fill the car with a blue glow. It's cool at first but I think it's a little much. Easy fix would be to cover with electrical tape, but then that negates the effect. Maybe Planet Audio can add a knob to allow users to turn down the brightness? The amp seems solidly built and has pretty deep heatsinks. Hopefully it will last for years to come. I'm planning on switching my sub box out and going with a pair of 10s. I'll report back if I have any negative changes.

I got the amp earlier than expected which is great! Its been awhile since ive had a system in my car so i was pretty excited. Ive only had it in the car a day and it has performed well! Pushed the 2 12s i have great. There just cheap xplodes but they do hit pretty good for what they are and how cheap this amp was! It did get pretty warm but it was like 90 out today and its in the trunk lol. I drove around for about an 1hr and it never cut out once. Still have to fine tune it a lil but im pretty happy with it so far! Only down fall/con i can think of so far is the bass knob looks/feels cheap and it dont work at all. Made sure it was plugged in and every thing which sucks bc i was looking forward to having it.

I bought this product blindly thinking it would push at least 300 watts at 2 ohm. I was sadly mistaken and really feel completely mislead by the manufacturer. I knew that the rms ratings would be off as this amp is way overated for its rms and peak ratings...But it doesnt even hit 1/3 of the rms power it claims to push. I paid about .30 cents a watt for this amplifier. That is really sad considering better brands of amplifiers average about 20 to 25 cents a watt for much more power. I am completely frustrated over this purchase and would hope Amazon would not promote this product. It really falls into the manufacturers end of things as "false advertisement". I will never recommend this product to anyone. I did test this amp at 4 and 2 ohms and found at 4ohms..rms was 102 watts. At 2ohms....146 watts. So please dont buy cheap if you really want to add decent bass to your stereo. This amplifier will not acomplish its task and falls way short of my already low expectations of its performance.

This 3000w amp was a game changer for my new stage 2 12” DC subs. Supplies way more power than the 1200w amps i’m used to. Only complaint is the plug hole for the bass knob is the small port and didn’t fit my new upgraded knob port and wire which is the size of an ethernet cable. I had to buy a telephone to internet female cable adapter and now the bass knob display dosent light up but besides that this amp is a 10/10

So let's start with the bad. The remote is garbage. It doesn't work for crap and mine is now broken. So I upgraded it with the rca bass remote with voltage display. Best $ I ever spent. The only other thing bad about this amp is the terminals are low grade so too much pressure with just a screw driver will strip them out.The good. Now I haven't stuck my Volt Meter on this thing cuz I'm pretty sure I'd blow my skar audio sub before I found the max output. This thing pushes. I upgraded my amp cuz the old one was a 2500w and it kept overheating. This amp, never an issue. I can bump it all day and it just wants more. I'm running a 14v system in my SUV so I tend to not have power issues but my last amp would dim my headlights a bit. For some reason this one doesn't 🤔 but beyond that you can't beat the price. Overall a good amp. Just get a better remote

This amp is OK. It don’t have the power it’s claims to have. It’s gets very hot even when turn down. I have pushing one 10 an it struggles. When adjusting up it get to hot.

Had for a couple months now and is absolutely incredible moves the 15s better than the last amp

The media could not be loaded. I ordered the 2000 w amp with the remote and it took me a little bit to set everything up, but.. IT IS FANTASTIC. Though when you turn it up high it will turn into a heater.
