Love the size and shape of this knife and how it fits in my hands while I'm using it. Could not believe how sharp it was tho. Not complaining and yes, knives are sharp, but this felt like it would have shaved my arm had I tried.. LolNonetheless it's useful and does what I need it to with the Cutco quality and warranty. Very happy with my purchase! ❤️

It has a nice feel to it's handle that makes the user feel secure when using. My hands are small while my husband's are large but we both found it had a balanced feel in the hand. He is head of a meat department so cutting is his business. I cook a lot and make 2 or 3 meals daily unless it is a special day therefore I use this knife often and it is sharp but has a different balance than the knives I have used in the past. It does a good job, easy to adujst to differences between older and new knives and I enjoy using it daily. It is sharper than the other styles of knives I have so I have to be careful when my Grandchildren want to help chopping items. I have a small older knife I have them use until I am sure they can handle the tilt of this knife.

My mom lost her beloved Cutco paring knife and accused all of her adult children if they took it. Instead of just buying a new one she bought like 5 crappier brand ones and then complained they just weren’t as good. This was a gift to silence hearing about Cutco knives. Seriously.Used it cutting up some stuff though later and am now a believer. I mean I don’t talk about it at get togethers. But given a choice between this knife and another....I’m choosing the Cutco!

every time I have to peel apples I kept fuzzing about my "so called sharp knives". No more. A friend of mine had given me a cataloge from Cutco and I decided to order mine through Amazon and I am glad I did. The knife peels apple like nothing I have seen before, cutting onions like they are butter. I am really impressed. The order also came very quickly. I will be ordering other knives from this company and will toss out all my others. I am glad I invested in this one, a little pricey but well worth it.

This is my first Cutco knife and while it was a bit expensive, the quality seems to be there. The only thing I would have changed is I would have spent the extra money for a larger blade knife. Buying the smaller blade limits the versatility of the knife.
