Leaves Hair Silky Smooth
As a male, I never cared for using a lower-to-mid tier shampoo and conditioner. I stuck to Suave bc the commercials were so convincing. I tried Tres Emme on a whim and my life changed forever. I don't know what they put in the ingredients (bc i cant read) but it makes my hair so so silky smooth. I just run my hand thru my hair constantly, pretending it's fine China silk from the 7th century Qing dynasty.

Happy with this Pro Collection shampoo and conditioner.I do have trouble using the pump top, hard to open!But very happy with the product.

The worst delivery ever
When I open the box, the shampoo is in a plastic bag. I open the plastic bag with the shampoo in it. The shampoo spilled all all inside the bag. The plastic bag box wasn’t damaged just shampoo, spilled out into the bag that the shampoo was sitting in.

This keratin product has my hair clean and moisturize.

Definitely helps but not totally
I have used the shampoo and conditioner for about 2 weeks now. It does make my hair a lot less frizzy but it is still a little frizzy. My hair is softer. I am 64, so it will probably work better for someone under 55. Overall, I am happy with the results.
