Fast shipping with Prime to Maryland through Ebrands/Amazon. I went for this one after seeing the prices for other backgammon boards. Not knowing if this would be played a lot, I preferred to spend less than more. For the going price I would say this set works well. I agree with the other reviewer that the pieces don't slide easily due to the stitching but sliding isn't a necessity in this game. Set came complete with all the pieces and no scratches on the box that I received. Beware - no instructions come with this set. Already knowing how to play the game and with the internet these days, it doesn't seem like a huge loss. However if written instructions are an immediate need and you are not near a printer or internet that may a problem for you if you purchase this set. Bottom line - i felt this was decent set for the 19.99 price. The 15" was bigger than i thought it would be.

Not to big not to small easy to travel with.

It is a great board, beautiful, and easy to play on! The sides of the points started coming up after we kept it in the car during the summer but I never noticed it till we started playing on it and the pieces were getting stuck and needed to be picked up a little for it to get on the point. The fix to the points is running a piece over the sides with pressure added, that flattens it back down so you can slide the pieces around great! It is a great board even with everything I have put it through! The board is perfect for the money and I could not be happier!This review is after the board was being toted around in a car and never being taken out for over a day for close to a year.

Even though this is a bit pricey it is of great quality. Worth the money and such a fun game. Portability is key!

Decent board for its size. Seems to be of good quality but time and use will tell. The only complaint is the checkers sometimes catch on the points when sliding them to position. But this I have seen on other boards.This board is a good chaoice for beginner or ontermediate players.
