Great value!
I bought mine in 2021. It's not given me ANY problem at all. I live on an island in SE Georgia and it's only about 30 ft I to the salt marsh and corrosion on the heater is non existent so far. This is my 2nd hot tub coming after one of the conventional square tubs and I'll tell you right now that maintenance is much easier on this one. I'm using the 110 plug and play and have no issues on 45° nights. Also, tech support is in the states and is out of this world good. Hope this helps.

Customer Service won't reply 🤷
I had a saluspa Miami inflatable hottub for like 2 years before it gave out, this is a perfect upgrade, just wanted one for the occasional dip, and didn't want to spend too much. Delivery was alright, only thing that bugs me was that the cover was damaged and customer service never replied to my emails, but it works. The clips it came with to secure the cover were kinda of a pain to figure out where to place them, you have to use a drill and screw them in the side, there's no predrilled holes, at least I didn't see any. The jets are fine I guess, not super powerful, only one seat has good jets, the rest are blah. I don't know about fitting 6 people unless you want to be rubbing legs😳😁. I had to do the bleeding process described in the handbook because the jets weren't working, but I figured it out, it was a pain to unscrew the PVC pipe inside to get the air to bleed out, but I got it. I used a thick rag and a large set of pliers. I have the 110v plug and play with the 220 convertible option. It's been 20 degrees here in Utah and the heater seems to be kicking in and keeping it warm, I keep it at 104 all the time. If I go in when it's cold and use the jets it will stay at 104 for the first 10-15 minutes then slowly drops to 100 and lower. I usually stay in like 45 minutes anyway so it works. Using the jets won't let the heater kick in with the 110v plug and play setup. The balboa heating pump I have says it pulls 32amps so I figure I'll install a 8-3 gauge wire with a dedicated 40amp GFI protected breaker later so I can use the jets and heater at the same time. I use bromine with a floater, and I make sure to use a little bit of shocker after a dip. All in all it's nice! I did find a lose grey wire by the light assembly which I can't find anywhere in the handbook what it's for and customer service never replied to my emails. So yeah when something bad happens I think I'm gonna be on my own. So keep that in mind.

Practical, simple, portable, de Stresser
Have used it everyday for 3 weeks and it works great. Just enough space to stretch individually and start the day. Relax and de stress at night with a cold sip. Nothing to show off about, but moderatly perfect for everyday use. PURGE update 1 year later still works great. see photos of secret to purging air pockets after refilling hot tub. Just loosen the tiny black plastic valve by hand, listen for air hissing out until a little water drips, tighten carefully. Turn jets to low and high for a few seconds, and that should do it.

Well made low cost hottub
I think 6 people is a push but can easily accommodate 4 or less, the tub exceeds our expectations but we bought it for therapy values not glitz or glamor. The shell is very sturdy and well made.

Mostly happy with it
Delivery was delayed and reschuled several times. Packaging was fair but the tub did get a few blemishes in shipment. The heater seems slow and weak compared to my last 110v tub. It says it gets to 104 but fells like 101 to me. The finish has a few interior flaws that will poke and grab on your skin. As others mentioned the door latch was improperly installed causing the door to hang open about an inch. Fix it by flipping the latch. The pump wet section air bleed is a bit diffcult to access. The instructions cover many models so you have to interpolate what applies to this unit. On the plus side the finish is nice in a appearence. The unit can be moved and put in place by one strong man. The unit did not leak and functioned properly upon setup. It seems to perform well on a 20amp 110v breaker. The jets are powerful for a 110v unit. The cover fits well and is light weight. The air blend control works well. Noise level is low. My old unit was only 30" deep I like this units 36" depth while sitting in it however it's much more difficult to climb in and out of. Consider getting a spa step set or if you are old, feeble or short get a 30" tall tub.

Good value, solid construction
Bought this in January, it arrived on time in February, and have enjoyed ever since. I was worried 110 volts plug and play wouldn't be enough, but it works fine. In the winter it will cool off when you're in it, so maybe 110 wouldn't work for an all-night tub party, but we don't use it that way.I built a circular base out of 2 x 6's covered with pressure-treated deck boards. Be sure your deck will support all the weight and that it's level. Other than that, a breeze to set up, very simple but effective controls, good manual and good value. I knew I didn't need a $6,000 hot tub, and I was right.
