## Description

Review: NOT safe for pregnancy - Before buying this, I looked in the description and at reviews to see if I could use it for a nasty recurrent infection during pregnancy. Other reviews claimed to have used it successfully in pregnancy, so I ordered it. I used it twice before reading the actual box (very dumb, I know). But even after seeing that, I assumed it was just because the company didn’t feel like jumping through whatever hoops they have to go through to get their product approved for use during pregnancy. I was wrong! I texted my midwife and she informed me that a few of the oils present actually are not safe to use (neem, Oregon grape root, and tea tree). I felt silly because obviously the box states not to use while pregnant! I realize this was ultimately my mistake for not zooming in on the itty bitty font in the pictures attached to the listing, but regardless, I feel like the seller description should make that clear…. Because it definitely wasn’t obvious to me, hence why I bought it in the first place. It should not have to be a scavenger hunt to find that out. And honestly they should flag or remove the reviews that claim for it to be fine against the manufacturer’s own guidelines, because that’s dangerous. Anyway - after just two uses of this stuff, my infection did feel better. Less itching, plus some relief and coolness from the tea tree oil. I can tell it’ll be good stuff…. after I deliver this baby! No burning, easy application. And it just smells like tea tree, to me. The mess was also easily contained in a panty liner that I changed every trip to the bathroom (which, since you should drink more water while trying to fight a yeast infection, should be often). So that’s why I gave it four stars. Another note - the box was damaged when it arrived. Which I know could be a flaw on desertcarts part, or their shipping process, but regardless, not great when you plan on putting the contents of said box into your body. 😅 Anyway. Contrary to most of these reviews, it isn’t safe to use while pregnant. The box says so, and if you look up the ingredients (specifically Oregon grape root), you will understand. Look elsewhere for your yeast solutions while pregnant and keep on fighting the good fight ladies
Review: When you want natural remedies but not the hassle of starting your own apothecary...try this!! - If you do any light research on the internet, the same natural remedies seem to always appear for BV/ Yeast Infection. Tea tree oil, coconut oil, and ACV are the main ones as well as diet changes. I try to support my body & help bring it into better balance with natural methods. (If possible.) My initial attempts to self-diagnose/treat yeast infection were paltry and inconsistent so of course, were not a lasting solution. When I finally went to the Dr and was rx'd Monistat 7 day, I figured I would try it. Holy good god, that stuff was a MESS to use! And, I never had much of an issue with itching until I used monistat. The itch was so intense and far up in there, I wanted to take a bottle brush to my vaginal walls for some relief! (I didn't.) And since you apply at night, good luck falling asleep... It worked but it was messy, miserably itchy, and full of not-natural stuff. Anyway, I decided to give these Yeast Arrest suppositories a go when I noticed the beginnings of a yeast recurrence after a killer menstrual cycle. These are little bullet-shaped tabs you simply tuck up as far as you can. No pain, just maybe some slight heat as it starts to ooze out over inflamed & irritated vulva, but nothing extreme or lasting. I did NOT think these were messy after my monistat experience. Pantiliner worked just fine. The texture I'd read about on other reviews seems to me like it's just the coconut oil! The smell reminds me of a curry dish for some reason. Pretty much what you'd expect if you read the ingredient list. I felt complete relief of symptoms by day 2 and will finish my full week before tapering off to see how I do. I'm a fan & will keep these on hand for sure. As a p.s.- it helped to mix several drops of tea tree oil with coconut oil and slather that on my lady lips during the itchy days. Coconut oil is a natural candida killer, tea tree is antifungal/bacterial and leaves a cooling sensation. Win-win!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My product came exactly as described
*by K***T on 15 October 2024*

This was recommended to me by my doctor to battle BV. She said she uses it personally and has great results despite it being advertised for yeast, not BV. Unlike other reviews mine did not come spoiled or discolored. Once it was delivered (100° day here) I immediately put it in the refrigerator like the box states to do. I personally found the essential oil smell to be too much for me. I am used to regular boric acid suppositories that have no scent. I didn’t have any adverse reactions but I found the scent to be too strong and since it didn’t clear up my BV infection, I found the two scents mixed together to be totally overwhelming and not something I can handle, so I won’t be continuing to use this product. However, for those who can tolerate strong essential oil scents, I’m sure they would be able to experience the benefits of this product.
