This is an established design for a camping stove, using butane cartridges available quite cheaply worldwide. You can pick up similar stoves for half the price so is it worth the extra cost? In short, this is well worth the expense. It is well made from aluminium and stainless steel, in contrast to the mild pressed steel of cheaper models. Clever design tweaks of the burner has enabled the inclusion of an integral windshield which for me brings me to the game changer; this stove burns a lot hotter than the rivals. 11500 BTU’s as opposed to 8500 BTU’s of standard stoves of similar design. This is wok burner territory, and makes it a capable culinary machine!In summary, if you just want to boil a kettle on the occaisional camping trip then go cheap, if you require something with more umph, perhaps in your RV or boat, then give this stove some consideration.

Great bit out kit, used it out in the woods with family and it does the job.

This camping gas concept has been around for many a year and I have had a number of them and they all have worked. However, this time when I bought one I decided to go for what looks to be an updated design and better quality materials. Having now received it I have to say it is superb. Nice finish and the aluminium carcass looks beautifully made. good stuff.

This camping stove is perfect for us, I like the windshields on the sides, which clip neatly into the lid. It's a good size, and nice and lightweight for a camping trip. Good design.

My wife saw one of these type of stoves recently and thought it would be very useful so I bought this one as it seemed to have the best build quality especially around the rests the pot sits on.I sent the first one back as it seems to have had a fault.Update:I was sent a replacement unit and so far it has worked fine with no issues so maybe the first one was just faulty.it was replaced quickly and the support I have been given was excellent

I have purchased other makes of these butane stoves,but the quality of this stove far surpasses those,if you are contemplating buying one you will not be disappointed,highly recommended.
