Great orthotic for professional shoes
I work in an office some of the time, and for this I wear professional type shoes. These types of shoes tend to not have a lot of room for inserts. However, this Pedag model is low-profile enough that it fits perfectly in the dress shoes. The arch is perfect for my medium-arch feet, with enough rigid support to alleviate foot pain. It also has a cushion layer for comfort. The quality of the orthotic seems really good so far. Overall the Pedag insoles are the perfect design for shoes without a lot of extra room, and are very functional at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

comfortable
Good value and good quality.

Thin, good support, fits easily in shoes.
Thin, good support, fits in many types of shoes. Some hill relier-planter fasciitis but not enough cushioning for pain and tendonitis. Arch is a little less than what I prefer. Have not figured out how to heat and adjust height as it says you can do....that might help with pain and tendonitis.

Pain free shopping
No hurting feet at the end of the day. Works in most of my shoes and makes higher healed dress shoes feel like a good pair of walking shoes. My feet feel so good!

Somewhat weak arch support (will flatten), no heel cup. Metatarsal pad could be bigger
Not a pad price, constructed well. I am comparing it to a custom orthotic for plantar fasciitis, which has a strong, molded arch and a metatarsal pad. This insole may not be suitable for somewhat heavier people (I am about 200-210 pounds), I noticed the arch slightly flattening when i tried it on a hard floor. It is, however, still stronger than the foam based arches on some cheap insoles out there. There is no heel cup to center and stabilize your heel, so your foot may move around and cause the insole to move as well.Give it a try, but these arent quite to the level of a more sturdily built one. If you have clinical foot issues, youd be better served with a stronger insole.

As Fry would say "TAKE MY MONEY!"-Futurama
I am between an 8 and 8 1/2. I got a pair for my work shoes, these had better review score then your average Dr. Scholl's brand. These just slid right into my shoes (after I ripped out the old manufactured ones in the shoe) no need to cut to shape them. Once I stood and walked I knew I was going to have a GREAT work day without the foot pains. This was such a good buy! I bought a second pair the next day for my everyday walking shoes. Wonderful!!(sorry I don't have photos, but yes! try them out!:)

Very very good!
These insoles are truly a supportive pair of plantar fasciitis insoles ! For me the design had to have the right amount of arch support but then not be so noticeable as to disrupt being able to enjoy them...I felt for me these were able to distribute pressure more evenly and stabilise my foot bones within the arch and also take away my heel pain. I had less tension, stress and pain while walking on my vacation ....I will not say they took 100% of the pain away but I was able to walk miles each day with these insoles which is a plus for me. I have a stack of store bought insoles in my drawer none of which worked as well as these have.....I don't know how long they will last I will write another review if they don't last long... I'm writing this review 2 weeks after receiving these and wearing them..They are so worth trying if you have heel and arch pain.

Weak support
I am 6' and 200lb. I have flat feet and the arch support on these failed after 3 weeks of wear.
