I love these! I took them to Europe, knowing I would be bringing at least a few bottles of alcohol back and figured it wouldn't hurt to take them more carriers than I expected to use. I ended up using the spares for other liquids like some expensive oils and a few other misc. small bottles of liquid. The bottles all survived intact and luckily I didn't have to test the carrier's ability to hold in liquid as my bag was searched by TSA and they didn't reseal them beyond the velcro. And thank goodness for that; one of the bottles of oil was a custom made bottle of truffle oil and if that broke after they didn't reseal, I'd probably have to just throw away all of the clothes!The protectors themselves held up admirably and survived several repackings, suitcase getting chucked around, and several opening/closings. The only gripe I have is that the velcro is so strong that the adhesive holding the strip to the bag started to peel away just a fraction on the corners (less than 1/4"). Flattening the end out and pushing back down fixed that. Otherwise these were perfect, barring testing their ability to hold in liquid.For weight reasons, I split the bottles with my traveling partner who also loved these and intended to get some herself.

Used these this weekend to pack beer for a flight halfway across the country. They performed beautifully. No breaking, no problems, easy to use!My only complaint is the Velcro. It doesn't line up properly and resulted in several articles of clothing getting caught in it and snagged when I went to unpack. I saw the potential for that when I packed so I tried to work around it.The other Velcro issue is the adhesive. On one of the four I used, the soft side of the Velcro is peeling off of the package itself.All in all worth the price for giving me such peace of mind about not staining all of my clothing or potential for broken glass in my bag. The Velcro could just use a little work! I will try to add a picture when I have them nearby.

Incredible! I ordered 6 and have used these bad boys nearly 2 dozen times and they work beautifully - and I use them for craft beer bombers - and the occasional can or 12 oz bottle when necessary. After one of the bags lost its seal I contacted Genevieve for guidance on how to repair it and she sent me 3 more! I told her it was insignificant tear and am convinced I could have easily sealed it with myself but she insisted. Oh and that inquiry..she responded in less than 6 hours. A+ product, A+ customer service - highly recommend.One user tip: Be sure when you are inserting a bottle to hold the internal liner to make sure you get complete coverage, it needs to have some give so you are able to seal the bag. I can't comment on whether or not these leak BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A BROKEN BOTTLE but know the seal is excellent.

I wish they had spent as much time on the INSIDE as they spent making the outside pretty. The up side is that they have very good closures and this, of course, is a major up side. We had some leakage of something put into one and it did NOT leak into our suitcase. Very good news indeed. HOWEVER, they did not bother to attach the bubble wrap to to the outside plastic. If you are using it for a regular bottle of wine, it's OK but for anything else it isn't. When we travel we often purchase other breakable items such as jam. The problem is that the bubble wrap, because it isn't attached the way it is in all other similar protectors that I've used, gets pushed to the bottom (or, where the bottle top would be if you were using it for wine). So I suppose for wine they're ok but if you want to use them for anything else, they're not very good.

Was waiting until I actually sued them to review.The good: They work well. Used them to bring bottles to friends on a trip, used them to bring other bottles home. All bottles arrived safe and sound.The not so good: They're fiddly, due to the interior bubble wrap being loos. Kind of trick to get the bottle in there properly. Also, with the velcro on the bottom, the bottle won't sit upright.

We were on a vacation in south TX and didn't expect to find some great tasting wines visiting the Hill country! Problem was, how to get them home to WA state? I started looking at wine protectors and was immediately drawn to the beautiful packaged reusable wine bottle protectors from Genevieve Avani. Guess what? They worked fantastically! Easy to use, beautiful to look at and they actually worked, bonus! I am extremely pleased with the product and will be spreading the news of it amongst my family and friends🙂 Bravo!

Worked as promised! Very sturdy feeling, with a strong double zip lock as well as a Velcro seal (reusable.) The inside is padded with bubble wrap lining, and all 6 bottles that we transported arrived unscathed! :) You could spend a little less for one-time use products, but my guess is that if you're interested in a product like this, you either travel enough or drink enough to use them again! Glad we didn't try to save a couple of bucks, we'll be using these again!

So far so good. Used these to transport 750ml bottles of beer from coast to coast. Luckily none of them broke, so no chance to test the leak protection. Hopefully I'll never have to, but I do feel better having each bottle contained. LOVE that each of these bags are reusable. Will definitely recommend to friends.
