Cardone 3P-25160 Autpmotive Replacement Power Steering Pump Pulley for GMC Family

Fits onto power steering pump for Lq9 05 Escalade Ext. Got to replace with billet powersteering/alternator bracket while engine is currently out getting rebuilt, and hoping at moment that maybe be to actually to get to bolts for power steering pump without having take pulley on and off in future but not sure if possible at moment. Seems good quality and fits fine so hopefully works with no issues once back in truck and mounted.

Dresses up the power steering/alternator side of the motor and allows the aftermarket mount that I also purchased to be seen instead of hidden by a solid pulley.

I bought this pulley so I could get to the power steering pump bolts without removing the pulley, but there's one that's still very difficult to get to.... I know, not why this pulley exists, but it is why I bought it.

THIS IS A STEEL REPLACEMENT PULLEY FOR THE LS1 MOTOR IN CAMARO SS, Z28, FIREBIRD FORMULA, TRANS AM WS6; WITH ORIGINAL FACTORY PLASTIC PART# 12559885. THIS PULLEY WILL STOP THE NEED OF REPLACEMENT EVERY TIME THE PLASTIC BREAKS, OR COMES APART, AND RUINS THE PUMP RESERVOIR, AND LOSES THE BELT. ALLOWS FOR EASY ACCESS TO THE PUMP BOLTS SO THE PULLEY DOES NOT HAVE TO BE REMOVED TO GET THE PUMP OFF! OUTSIDE DIAMETER IS 6.6 INCHES AND 6.469in @ BELT GROOVE; BORE IS 0.7472 INCHES OR 18.9789mm TO FIT 19mm/.75in SHAFT SIZE (SAME OFFSET AS FACTORY PART) SIMPLY PRESS ON UNTIL THE BELT DRIVE IS PERFECTLY ALIGNED DOUBLE CHECK ALIGNMENT WITH BELT AND ACCESSORIES(ALTERNATOR, CRANK SHAFT, ETC.) FOR CORRECT PLACEMENT. There will be about 1/4" of the bore not pressed on the shaft just like the factory part that has a 1/4" 'lip' inside it to make it 'stop' 1/4" before fully pressed on the shaft. These are made with no 'stop' inside.

My pulley seems to be doing fine only time will tell if mechanical failure will happen. But torque bolts first if a new pump will be installed. Access to two bolts only once the pulley has been pressed fit. There are three.
