These discount tiles are light weight, easy to install, and portable. These tiles are also slightly less durable than our standard soft carpet tiles and therefore have a lower price. A good rule of thumb when determining which carpet tile grade would work best for you is that these economy grade tiles will start to show some wear and tear after a few trade shows where as our premium carpet tiles will take 10-20 shows to start showing any wear and tear typically. Our economy grade carpet tiles also have a high density EVA foam backing to help provide comfort and cushion under foot. Our customers tell us this helps them immensely when they are stuck on their feet for many hours on end. Even though these carpet tiles are cheap in cost, they also have many of the same benefits of our premium carpet floor tiles in that they are also waterproof, sound absorbing, and help insulate users from cold concrete sub floors. Each economy soft carpet tile also comes with detachable border pieces. This means that each carpet floor tile can be a border, center, or corner tile. They were easy to cut
What a difference these make in our cold, plain basement. We purchased the light grey and they are darker than they appeared on the site. There is a color difference in the tiles between boxes, I tried rotating them to get them to match in case in was because of directional nap, but it didn't seem to make a difference. They were easy to cut, even around the toilet. I used a box cutter for most of the rubber part and then switched to utility scissors for the finer details and the carpet portion of the tile. We used them in a bedroom, bathroom and living space in our basement. To add extra cushioning and insulation I put a radiant bubble barrier under them. I did notice a slight odor when I first opened the box, but it quickly dissipated. Would definitely buy them again and recommend them to friends.

Tiles are nice and fit together well
Tiles are nice and fit together well. First time I ordered I received the correct tiles. I liked them so much I decided to expand my area. Next set that came in was wrong, not even carpet tiles but just plain rubber tiles. In the box was a nice letter saying if I had any issues to call the Customer Satisfaction Manager. You call the number and it goes straight to a voice mail. And this was at noon ET on a Tuesday. So my 5 star is right now a 4 star. If the right item does not come in next time it goes lower, not for quality of product but for the customer experience

Awesome floor tiles :)
These were great. I bought 4 to sample and make sure I liked them. Then I ordered about 85 more to finish the job. The dark brown color was great in my embroidery studio to cover the cold concrete floor and muffle the sound of my machine. These are easy to cut and install. I put double sided tape on every other row of tiles. These is a slight smell, but that went away after a week or two.

Great product but the color we received is not the color shown.
I like the product overall but the color shown is not the color I received. I chose "brown", which appears to be a neutral beige. Upon arrival, it is a deep reddish brown- substantially darker than shown. Had my grown children not surprised me and installed it for me before I saw it, I would have returned the carpet for another color.

I installed 60 sq. ft of these on my concrete basement floor 3 weeks ago. My wife and son did most of the floor and I did the trim, which is time consuming with a large area, and we had it all done in a day. We are very happy with the results. There is color variance from one box of tiles to another. The tiles fit together well and are well made and were easy to trim with a good box cutter knife. We had some shedding and after 2 weeks of moderate use, a couple of vacuums took care of that. Over all I am very pleased and would recommend this product.

Easy to lay
Works well, but some of the squares are not the same shade when you order multiple boxes. Easy to lay.

Great Product
The product is great and is actually less expensive than carpeting. It will last twice as long because you can replace individual tiles. Looks great and I will be using more of this product. Customer service is outstanding.

light grey color description not accurate
These carpet tiles are very sturdy and soft. My only complaint is the description. I ordered light grey, but they are actually decidedly blue. My project deadline didn't allow me time to exchange them for a darker true grey .
