My son is in love with dinosaurs . . . what little boy isn't?We had bought the medium set that comes with 4 different dinos. He liked it so much that we actually bought two more sets. This set is larger than the original one, but he doesn't seem to mind.This includes 2 dinosaurs. They don't have any fancy lights or moving parts, yet these sets are the ones that he comes for the most.These are the perfect size for him to play at home or carry with him. They are solid plastic and have a nice weight to them. The decorations seem realistic, or at least believable, to me. (I don't know what they really looked like in life, so not sure I can really judge that). I was impressed with the level of detail included. The poses are such that they can tromp or chomp as he wishes.I am very happy with this set and hope that they come up with additional dinos to complement these sets in the future.

$15 for two detailed and anatomically accurate 12" long dinosaurs is an amazing deal! You get a T-Rex and an Acrocanthosaurus packaged together. I'm super thrilled to get the Tyrannosaurus Rex because I don't have one in my collection yet! His pose accurately depicts him as the scavenging carnosaur that he was. This Acrocanthosaurus is a smaller version of the huge Acrocanthosaurus packaged with a large play set and has articuulated joints and lights/sounds. This 12" one has the same paint/coloring as his larger twin. It would have been nice if they would have varied the pose a little. I hope you're keeping this all straight in your mind, because I'm starting to get confused by my own writing!What I was trying to say, but perhaps didn't, was that this twofer set is a really terrific addition to my dinosaur collection. They don't do anything special like roar or glow or shoot darts, but they are large enough to put in a diorama science project or to simply display on bookshelves or table tops.Your kiddos will love this dino duo. No doubt these two dinosaurs will go head-to-head in many dino battles to come. I highly recommend this beautifully painted set.
