KaiyodoDaimajin Revoltech SciFi Super Poseable Action Figure #002

This product was very well made and look exactly like the character in the movies. I grew up watching these movies on Saturday afternoon. I always wanted to have a figure like this in my collection. It didn't disappoint me. I have some Godzilla figures too. It arrived early in good condition, it was supposed to arrive on the 15th March , but it came on the 11th which was very nice . I have no complaints against the seller or the figure! I gave this 5 stars because of how well the figure was made and how it resembles the character in the movies.

What a great, creepy and unusual Kaiju. A subject that no giant monster fan ever expected to see a toy of, let alone a fully articulated highly detailed one. The bloodthirsty temple statue come to life and taking revenge on the feudal villagers and samurai that desecrated it. heck it even has a swappable hand clutching a fully painted feudal Japanese villager.The detailing is great on this guy. His stoney armor is fantastic. His main face is horrifying and his stoic stone face option part is perfect. He has parts for his sheathed sword or a seperate empty sheath and holding sword. The only flaw in him is with his hands. he comes with three sets. Fists, open and holding, plus the above mentioned holding a screaming peasant hand. The problem is they are all in his already animated green skin tone. While they included the stone face, they neglected to include matching stone hands. So putting on the "stone statue" face does not look right with the green hands. It's a minor nitpick as nobody will ever really be displaying this guy in statue mode. He is the raging green skinned angry god. One of those rare and unusual gems to come out of Kaiyodo's Revoltech SciFi line.

Pros:1) Very detailed2) Highly poseable3) Many inter-changable parts4) Stands well5) Strong "snap" jointsCons:1) Very small (figure itself stands just over 4.5")2) Dagger plastic is very flimsy at the hilt connection (it snapped the first time I took it out of his hand)3) Difficult to exchange the faces (had to resort to nasal tweezers)4) Shoulder pads fall of ALOT. Keep an eye on them.If you want it, get it. Glad I did. But be VERY careful with the dagger. Hopefully anybody getting this figure is a mature collector, not looking to get a toy for their kid. I'm sure none of us have to worry about that.

This is a cool action figure. I loved the Daimajin movies when I was a kid, and this is the first time I've ever seen a toy from them. Now I can pose it with my Godzilla action figures and pretend they're crossing over.

Loved that I finally got to add Majin to my collection!

Saw these movies when I was little, it's delightful that Kaiyodo made one-The accessories included made it a must for me.

Die Figur ist klasse und voll beweglich. Man kann das Gesicht austauschen und die Hände auch. Die Box in dem die Figur drinnen ist hat Bilder von von dem Film und hinten wird alles schön beschrieben und kam auch schnell.

普段懇意にさせていただいているレビューアーさまのレビューを参考に購入いたしました。「大魔神」三部作は1966年公開の大映作品です。私の子供時代にTVで何度も何度も観ている、様々な思い出詰まった大好きな作品です。本品の発売はなんと7年前のことで、現在はだいぶ品薄のようです。それで今買わないでいるうちに品切れになって、中古価格が高騰したら後悔するのは確実なので、あわてて購入いたしました。現物を見たら予想よりもほんの少し小さいような気がいたしますが、リアルな再現は迫力満点。仕様については商品説明に詳細なものが記載されていますので、あえて付け加えることはございません。私はフィギュアのコレクターではありませんが、とにかく私のフィギュアの概念を覆す画期的なアイテムであると思われます。大魔神マニアのかたが入手したならば、必ずや幸福な気持ちになれることは間違いありません。ちなみに最近本品と併せて『大魔神 トリプルフィーチャー (大魔神 / 大魔神怒る / 大魔神逆襲 )2枚組 (北米版)[Blu-ray][Import] 』という北米版の2枚組Blu-Rayディスクを同じくAMAZON経由で入手いたしました。私が購入したショップでは二千円台半ばという驚異的なお値段でありました。現在のお値段の最安値は三千円台半ばとなっていますが、国内版ボックスは軽く5桁を超えていますので、まだまだお徳用と言えるでしょう。画質も良く、特典映像も充実した優れものでありますので、これまたマニアのかたには強くオススメです。

映画の画像そのままの造形が素晴らしいです。ただ、商品の基本色は茶色ですが、映像ではグレイが基本色と思われます。なので私は茶色の個体はそのまま保有し、もう１体購入してクレオスの#116ブラックグレーで塗り直しました。おそらく、着ぐるみの実物は茶色なのでしょうが、私たちが観ることができるのは映像作品だけですから、その印象を再現していただきたいと思います。

5歳の孫が大魔神を欲しいとでクリスマスプレゼントに色々探してこちらを購入。DVDで見たりと昔からの作品で懐かしい。東所沢駅には大きな大魔神が展示されています。お値段がもう少しお手頃だと有難かったです。

子供の時に見た大魔神映像をDVDで見て、ついつい懐かしくてこのフィギュアを購入してしまいました。さすが海洋堂さんです！
