Q: Does it have a timer? Does it beep when you change the mode? Is it hard to read?

A chronograph which can act like a timer. It has a basic alarm function and it will beep if you push a button. You can turn off and on the beep.

Q: How de i set analog time? digital is ok

Facing the watch, on the right side there is a large round knob. Pull it outward. Should click twice. Then rotate the knob until you get the correct time. Once its set, push the knob all the way back in (2clicks) and it should start running. Hope this helps.

Q: Turning the dial on the side doesn't adjust the hands, is there more that needs to be done?

Pull the stem out a little bit, then you can turn it and set the time. Then when you have it right, push the stem back in and your done

Q: I can't tell which green is which?? The pics look nearly identical? Looking for more muted one

I would not really suggest the green one. But, maybe the black one. It is a pretty nice band, but, if I were you, I would get a G Shock. I just dont like the way the paint chips off easily
