I've been doing more Single Arm Tricep Extensions over Double Arms because it targets the muscles better IMO but normal ropes are way to long. This is the perfect length and is very sturdy after 2 months of usage.

Great for Individual use
This single Arm Tricep rope is perfect for the individual user. My current gym doesn't have a single arm and their double arm isn't great either. This is easy to carry and perfect quality for the individual user which wouldn't take the abuse.

The finish is average. The rope end nylon stays are not very good quality. I have a similar product bought from amazon years ago, which is far superior to this one.
