Bradley tub cartridge best fit
Both my bathrooms have a hard to find Bradley tub/shower faucet. Looked all over for a compatible cartridge. Found some that came complete with a chrome collar which I really didn’t need. After cleaning mine with some water and vinegar, it looked brand new. The BrassCraft cartridge was the least expensive yet worked great. It was so easy to install and stopped my leaky faucet. So if you’re looking for a replacement cartridge for a Bradley faucet this is the one for you. Going to buy 3 more, one to replace my other faucet and 2 more for spares.

Home repair
This unit worked out great however they were so much calcium deposits in the hot water line I had to flush out my system it's for my tub and shower the water pressure was low on the hot water side now it's back up I recommend this part if your hot water pressure is low.

Cartidge was assembled wrong in the package!
My SL1300 cartridge came pre-assembled. I figured I'd align the screw holes with the rubber gasket, re-install, and it should be a snap, right? Wrong! I had no water flow when I pulled the stem out to operate the faucet. Turns out the morons who put the cartridge together inserted the stem and sleeve into the cartridge backwards. As a result, the water inlet holes in the rubber gasket were blocked. I had to pull the stem out (also called the cam), gently pry the cam sleeve out, and flip the cartridge around and re-insert them. The front and back should look like my photos. Mine was reversed, which prevented the thing from working at all. I hope this helps someone.

It's OK quality and price but in my opinion the valve itself is not a good design. I think my valve body was worn/washed out and I ended up buying a whole new valve.

Visually identical to Kohler cartridge but smaller diameter caused major leak
I'm downgrading my review from 5 starts to 1 star. This BrassCraft cartridge and gasket is visually identical to the original Kohler but resulted in pretty serious leak. I went from a minor leak out the front of the cartridge of the original Kohler cartridge that wasn't causing any damage to a major leak inside the wall from this BrassCraft cartridge that did significant damage. The end of the cartridge that inserts into into the metal housing is smaller in diameter than the original Kohler part. Where the original Kohler cartridge had to be pressed into the metal housing and fit tightly, this BrassCraft cartridge fit loosely. This is very odd since the original Kohler and this BrassCraft cartridge look identical in all details to the naked eye.

Did Not Stop Leak
My original Bradley cartridge started to show signs of a leak about 4 weeks ago, so I decided to purchase this BrassCraft product to fix the problem.Removing the original cartridge, I noticed that the original installation did NOT have a gasket. I thought that was odd. After installing the Brasscraft cartridge WITH its gasket, I expected the problem to be solved. What had been just a slight leak, was now more noticeable.I even tried installing the new cartridge WITHOUT its gasket (since the original install did NOT include a gasket). Still no luck.So I've re-installed the original cartridge. Waste of an afternoon and a waste of $'s.

Leak
Small leak when I turned water back on. Followed directions and also tried reinstalling in a different faucet. Waited too long to install so can't get refund...
