Price I paid - $18.99I've had this since late June, so about 5 months now. The product works well, it allows my 15 year old car without Bluetooth capabilities to now have quasi-Bluetooth capabilities. For the most part, the sound quality is clear and static free. Simply pick a blank station on your radio, I use 87.9 if I remember correctly, set the channel on the transmitter to the 87.9 as well, pair with your device that's streaming audio, wait for the confirmation and you're good to go.The device will very seldom disconnect from the 12v outlet, this is not at all common. As long as your outlet is in good shape you should be okay. One of my two outlets is not in such good shape, and it's tricky getting the transmitter to stick in there. But, that's the case with anything I plug into that particular outlet.The volume knob works fine, I don't mess with it all that often, I prefer to leave it where it is and use the volume on my phone first and foremost.The USB port works okay, it's not Fast Charging capable, it would be great if it was but it doesn't need to be. It will charge your phone / tablet / mp3 player faster than some other outlets, and for what it is it works fine. A nice addition in my opinion.The problem with this model is that it doesn't have a power switch, so in cars like mine that continue to allow devices plugged into the 12v outlet to use power after the car is off, that's a problem. If your car happens to shut down power to any devices plugged in once the car is turned off, you'll be okay with this. Mine doesn't, so I have to unplug and plug back in the VicTsing every time I get in and out of the car. It's an unnecessary process and an oversight on the manufacturers behalf. However, they did fix this issue with an updated model, so I would go with that one. For now I'll just deal with the inconvenience. If I had another chance I would purchase the newer version, assuming everything else works the same.

It is easy to recieve good reviews when everything goes well. The real test of a product and a company comes when something goes wrong. Originally I gave this product a poor review. VicTsingdirect (seller) read my review and contacted me. They immediately sent me a free replacement. That is some EXCELLENT SERVICE right there. When I received the replacement it became clear the original was simply defective. This is not s bad product. It is a very good product with absolutely SUPERIOR back up. The replacement works beautifully. Great reception. Good quality. I highly Recommend this product and VicTsingdirect. You just can’t put a price on a company that stands behind their products and puts customers first.

My wife got this for me for Christmas. I am rather dubious of any type of FM rebroadcaster as ones I have had in the past have had weak signals and poor audio quantity. The VicTsing BLEW ME AWAY! First, pairing with my iPhone was a breeze. Plug it into the accessory outlet and it shows in my bluetooth options within a second. It takes just seconds for it to automatically re-pair when you renter your car. The display is bright and bold and easy to read and tune. I found a blank FM channel and the VicTsing tuned in easily with a super store signal. My antenna in built into the rear side window of my SUV but the signal locked in without static or interference. The calling features are limited, you press the big volume button to dial the last number, but Siri works through the Bluetooth which is huge but you have to use the home button on the phone to activate it. I had music playing and route directions came to me from Apple Maps and the music volume dropped but didn't mute when directions came over. Just perfect! Phone call quality is crisp and loud both for the driver and the person on the other end. There is an USB outlet on the devise so I can plug in cord to charge my phone while it is in use. This device is perfect for us without built in Bluetooth in their vehicles!

Disappointing, I bought this for my father for fathers day, setting it up was a nightmare, the instructions weren't clear enough.. once we figured it out we tryed to use it and I must say out of any i have bought before it has the worst background static noise when talking on the phone on both ends and can barely here each other.. we tried it in another car to make sure it wasn't just the car and same thing in both cars. Horrible product, do not buy.
