Holds Alot And Multiple Ways To Use
I had my previous dish drainer for years and was looking for something more functional. This dish drainer is definitely it. I like that it has multiple ways to set it up. I like that it has multiple places to put the utensil holder (I actually kept the utensil holder from my old drainer and added it to the side as an extra holder). I like that the utensil holder has the additional knife sorter. I like that it drains the water from the rack underneath (my previous rack had gotten very cracked and warped from the water constantly sitting on it). I like the strong cup/glass holders on the sides - my mugs/cups don't slide around and stay very secure. The only things I don't like are that the whole thing slides a bit so I had to put it on a dish draining mat (which I needed anyway as water was dripping onto the counter and the floor from the mug/glass holders); I wish the knife sorter had larger openings to accommodate for larger knives and I wish the utensil holder was deeper. Otherwise I do like this dish drainer and am glad I bought it.

Beautiful dish rack
I'm collecting black and copper in my kitchen and I decided it was time to replace my boring dish rack with a pretty one. It's not perfectly copper, it leans a bit rose gold (they're *not* the same, LOL), but it's close enough and you could chalk up the difference to it being matte instead of shiny. The metal parts are nice and sturdy. It fits different sizes of plates easily. Bowls are awkward, but if you use the side area you can separate them there instead. The cup holder works best with taller glasses. My coffee mug spins around, but it doesn't fall off. The plastic parts are flimsier for sure, but they shouldn't break because they're not under pressure. Most of my sharp knives don't fit well in the knife slot, they tilt over, but I usually dry those and put them away so I can just pop the knife part out and have a bigger silverware holder (thank you for making it pop out!). I know it may seem I'm including a bunch of negatives, but I'm just being honest about the details. Overall, I think it's gorgeous and it works for what I need. The 360 degree drain spout is brilliant, and so is the ability to put the silverware and cup holders anywhere you want. 5 stars, even if I wish it were a tad darker copper color. Oh, and it was packaged very well so no dents or scratches or anything. Thank you!!

Great Dish Drainer
I bought a "used" one as box was not perfect. Save $$ on this great drainer. It's solid and can be arranged in many ways to meet the sink needs. Most importantly the spout where water drain actually works and doesn't leak! Cups hang correctly off the side and plastic tray drains into the proper channel. Plenty of room for silverware, plates and more. Love it!

Not too small, not too bulky, functional and pretty
The drainage channel falls very short if you want to use it on the short side of the tray. When on flat surface, the drainage channel has a bit of an incline to deliver the water to the sink easily. But, if the sink has edges folding over your counter, that bit of edge height negates the drainage incline. The best position in my kitchen for this rack came out to be an angled seating at one corner of the sink; because the sink edge height doesn't interfere much like this, and also the drainage channel extends longer at that angle. Another reason I didn't want to place it perpendicular to the sink is because it took up more counter space. The upgraded rack is really sturdy; the wires do not bend easily, and it has proven to carry a 6 lt/ 5qt heavy bottom, stainless steel pot without balance/ tipping problems (pls see the photos). I did not load a 12 piece silverware set on one side of it and tested it, but I never had a tipping problem. But still I won't load multiple heavy and large pots at once just because it can hold. The silverware & knife box have two-three holes in each division. The tray doesn't fully cover the bottom+the silverware attachment when the tray is placed right on the middle of the tray. BUT, if you place the wire/rack towards one edge of the tray, the tray is also able to collect the water dripping from the silverware box -because the holes in the silverware boxes are punched on that side of the tray. Excellent solution without taking up more space. Both trays, a small one goes under the glass attachment, have a water repelling surface. The water doesn't pool up , rather the larger amount immediately goes through the hole which is right on the middle of the tray, then into the channel and then it flows to the sink. And the other water droplets stay on the tray as blobs. The knife seen in the photos is an 8" chef knife. There are two slits where it can fit. Since it is a closed box without air circulation, I first dry the knife with a towel and then place it into the slit to reduce the likelihood of developing mold. You'll also see a 10.5'-26 cm frying pan in the photos. The glass attachment can hold two 12 oz mugs at the same time and may be a small glass or a thin bottle. 4 mugs at the same time seems to be no-can-do. For a two person household, this is not a deal breaker. This is not a very big dish rack, but not one of those single-person small ones either.I picked the rose-black rack thinking that it would match beautifully with my pink & black granite countertop. It does look like rose but I found that the real color is actually more like a light copper than a pinkish rose. But it fit even more beautifully in my kitchen! I think there is a fine line between a rose and copper and it is blurred. 😁 So I say go for it if you have pinkish granites. There is only glass attachment and the silverware boxes. I wouldn’t even call it an assembly.☺️All in all, I really love it. It is a sturdy, useful addition to my kitchen, not to mention that it is beauty to look at.

Looks great and versatile
I love that you can chose which way the water drains into your sink. And the dripping water doesn’t pool on the dish dryer. Would buy agian

Impressed with upgrades
I bought a similar dish drainer in black from the same company about a year ago and decided to replace it because 1) the black paint was chipping (no rust underneath however) and 2) black made that corner of my kitchen look too dark. The black drainer was still functional - I just wanted something that would be less noticeable. The new (white) drainer seems much improved! The drainboard seems to work better, the cup rack attaches securely and drains into the bottom drainboard (not on the counter), and the silverware holder is more functional (holds more and has slots for a better variety of knives and utensils). The drainer also seems sturdier. I am hoping hard water deposits will be less noticeable on white and that any chips on the aluminum rack won’t be as obvious. I saw some reviewers said their dishes laid too far back in the plate rack - I found that the upright holders can be bent GENTLY to give a custom fit to plates. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Dish Drainer
I like the swivel spout feature of this drainer. I just wish it was a little bigger but all in all I would buy it again.

Dish drying rack
It’s smaller then expected but looks very durable. And I like the draining spout.

It’s very pretty
I love it, looks great and works great. The only thing is that the side compartment for the knifes drips water on the counter if you don’t push it a bit to the other side, since it’s resting on the exterior sides. But other than that it’s working perfect.

The drainer board is useless.
The drainer board is not well built, it doesn’t work well. It just looks beautiful but useless. I am not happy because return it cost half of his cost. I didn’t send it back to the company because to do it will cost me $51.00
