It Was The Ballast (and the bulb)
I purchased a two pack of D4S bulbs two days prior. The bulb on the passenger side was definitely blown. after replacing the bulb, the light still did not turn on. I purchased the ballast and received it next day. I replaced the ballast and all is good now.I am satisfied!!!! The last time I replaced the combo at a local shop was $450… and that was a $200 discount from the dealership… total cost to DIY… $70 and 30 minutes of time

Best bargain I have purchased in ages!!!
Toyota original cost $400 each these do the exact same thing for a lot less. They fit better than the originals, install easier than the originals and I have absolutely no complaints about them.

Perfect fit, headlights not as bright as oem
The product fits perfectly and powers my HID. The headlight is not as bright as the original OEM Toyota Ballast.In the photo I uploaded, you’ll see the difference. Right headlight is powered by this Amazon ballast. Not as bright as the left, which is powered by a Toyota ballast.Note, I replaced the HID bulbs with LEDs after this photo. This product works perfectly with my LEDs. Both bulbs have equal brightness.

Fits and works like it supposed to.
It works as it should no problems fits just like factory part. I used this on a 2011 Avalon with projector lights. I’m very happy with the price and the quality of the product
