I run a successful brewery and this machine has made our lives so much easier! It works perfect in most of the times but you have to know how to tweak it here and there. For this money, it’s a life savour for Amal businesses and individuals with higher quantity production. We do about 5000 bottles per month and it works excellent. I can see though how this gets bad ratings if parts are missing or especially when people don’t know how to adjust and fine tune it. It takes a little bit of technical skill, but not that much. 99% is logical thinking. Something I imagine not everybody has. Overall this machine - for this money- an absolute recommend

If you spend a bit setting it up it works perfectly fine. Definitely 10 times easier than applying the labels by hand.

Per others, no instructions. I learned how to use it looking at other people's videos. It is inconsistent. The fine tuning is so delicate that you finally get the labels to go on straight for 3-4 bottles then it misaligns and the labels are crooked or too low/high. There are no guide rails for the takeup rod and that is where the tension on the label comes from and it is all over the place. We have spent many hours trying to get this to work consistently and we just gave up finally. POC. Going in the dumpster.
