My hair is super frizzy and heavy as I don't cut them.. and was struggling to get a good hair straightner with in my budget where I came across this product which is easy to use as parting heavy hair is one big task. At first I thought it may not work but then I ordered. I was super excited to see the results as I had been paying salons heavy amount for the length of my hair every year for chemical straightening and now I am free from all that.. all in my hand ..it does the job in 5 minutes.. thank you Amazon for great service

Have used it for few times now, does the job for my hair which is somewhat straight with light waves and frizzy.Pros1. Very easy to use2. Does the job quickly in no time, max 10 to15 mins, if I do it with proper sectioning.3. After straightening the hair, it will properly last for 4-5 hours but after that even though hair does not feel exactly the same as when I styled, it feels smoother and straighter than my normal hair which is great.I gave it 4 stars because after heating up it makes ticking sound which is not causing any issue but still a little bit bothering.

Received used products. Very disappointed. This incident has happened twice with the same brand. Waste of money. Product packaging tampered. Not at all satisfied. Bad seller. Don't waste money over them. Not at all recommend.
