Q: I haven't been able to get my diced potatoes not to stick. I use about 2 tbsp of olive oil, with the pan just under medium heat. Any suggestions?

I wrote a review on these pans. The non stick lasted about 3 months and unless I add way too much butter or oil they stick.

Q: Is the rio collection lighter in weight than the Chatham greenpan collection?

you would have to just check the weight of individual items.

Does not work on induction hob

It does not work with high end Miele induction hob. Description and on the bottom of the pan induction is marked as suitable but it is not.
