Apparently, I never reviewed it. This contains all of the natural forms of vit E. I used to take the cheap vit E. Then I researched vit E, and I found out that the cheap stuff is synthetic. You can recognize the synthetic as "dl-alpha tocopheryl", whereas the natural is just "d-alpha tocopheryl." I never knew that. I read that natural vit E actually has tocotrenols as well as tocopheryls. I never knew that either. It is better to get both the tocotrenols and the tocopheryls, in the correct proportions. According to my research, this product had just that. I have been taking this product ever since! The research showed that taking the synthetic form could actually bad for you. Now, I don't remember why it was supposed to be bad for you, i just took that information and ran with it. (Please.... don't take my word on that.... research it for yourself). When I first tried to find a vit E that was NOT synthetic, I checked every grocery store, every drug store, Costco, Sam's Club.... you name it, I checked it. Every single store had the cheap synthetic form. That is why I bought this at Amazon. Of course, I never thought to check my local vit store. But once I did, I found the price much higher than on Amazon. These capsules are much bigger than the traditional cheap vit e capsules, but smaller that a fish oil cap. I have no problem swallowing them at all. They are brown in color, not clear like the synthetic cheap stuff. I highly recommend these capsules.
